Story
Meet Smudge--she may be small, but she has a big personality! She is 7 years old, weighs about 9lbs, and has striking green eyes. Sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s a huge fan of string and ribbon and will chase them for hours if you have the time and energy to match her enthusiasm! Sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s an affectionate companion who adores people but prefers to rule over your household as the only feline overlord. Her shots are all up to date (even though she didnâ&#194&#128&#194&#153t appreciate getting them) and sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s spayed as well as microchipped. Smudge loves to be played with, but she is also quite the cuddle bug (on her terms) and will happily sit in a lap all day if you let her. Children old enough to know not to pull on tails or corner an animal are her favorite playmates, she matches well with their abundance of energy and likes to meow back in conversation to their babble and chatter. If you are someone who has company over frequently, she rather enjoys meeting new people. She has a fun little quirk where she bucks up to receive pets and it tends to be a hit with guests. Smudge is nervous and anxious around other cats and would prefer not to live with the feline kind. We are unsure how she would be in a house with dogs. She has been around small dogs in the past with no issue and simply avoided (though it did increase her anxiety) the larger dogs we briefly pet-sat. She is litterbox trained and will only do her business in the litterbox youâ&#194&#128&#194&#153ve designated, there have never been any accidents in the house. Before her anxiety around other cats manifested, she would play fetch with her toys, and bring them to us when she wanted to play. Ideally, her new home would only have one four-legged occupant to help ease her anxiety. She may not be a fan of other cats but the affection she displays for human companions is equal to any two cats that Iâ&#194&#128&#194&#153ve met! We personally would love to keep her but due to her ever-increasing anxiety about the other cats in our home we have to keep her separated from them and by extension us. This situation is not tenable as it leaves her depressed and lonely as she is very sociable when it comes to people and loves to interact with her human companions. To sum things up, Smudge is a cute, cuddly, and social (with humans) cat who would make an excellent addition to your household. Sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s great with older kids and loves to play so if youâ&#194&#128&#194&#153re looking for a house-trained cat with a big personality, sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s the four-legged friend youâ&#194&#128&#194&#153ve been waiting for! Story
Born a southern belle in East TX, Arya II grew up learning how to hunt. She has caught many a lizard, mouse, and rat in her short 2.5 years. When her first owner passed away she was all alone with nowhere to go. However, someone above had other plans for her. She is currently being fostered by a family who plans to go overseas at the end of November. No one has taken her as their forever cat but they know the right person is waiting for her. She is full of life and love. She does well with kids but doesn't let them boss her around. She takes a while to warm up as she has had to make a lot of transitions in her life. She will follow you around like you have her on a leash, even when she sneaks outside. Many people will remark, 'I have never seen a cat follow someone around like that.' She has a remarkable pattern to her fur. Sometimes she appears brown and other times more gray. She loves to cuddle at night, on her own terms of course, and does not mind being picked up too much either. Arya is the coolest cat you will meet in TX (I have met a lot) and you would be blessed and never regret getting to be her forever owner. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * If you have a specific question about Arya II, then please email newdigs@dallaspetsalive.org. DOB 05/21/19 - Oreana needs her angel! This adorable tuxedo cutie had a rough start but Orrie has started to blossom. She's lived with calm, gentle, cat friendly dogs, and a variety of friendly kitties. This princess has decided her perfect place would be a calm, quiet home. She would probably love to be the queen of the castle and just live life with you! Oreana will be shy at first and will need some time, love and patience to settle in, but she will be forever grateful and your BFF once that happens! She sleeps with you once she's comfortable too! Are you her angel? For inquiries on adopting, please email DallasCatLadyInfo@gmail.com. You must be over 25 to adopt with proof of ID. Adoption Fee is $65 and covers care and vetting done. ##531450##

I adopted a stray queen a few months back and it's about time for us to rehome the litter of her babies. Mom is a mostly American shorthair tabby and kittens are 3 female tabbies and one male mostly grey with cream here and there. Babies are 3 months old now, all really sweet and well behaved.

Story
Hi, I am a young thriving girl. I’m excited to announce I have a name now, Wednesday. I love to dance, dance, dance with my hands (some would say I’m making biscuits though). I’ve grown up hunting outside and being an apartment community cat. I’ve been pretty popular though having had 2 liters of kittens already now. Don’t worry though I’m retired now and ready to settle down somewhere I can enjoy the views of outside and snuggle up. I’m used to snuggling kittens as I just have my last baby away. I’d love to join a new snuggly talkative home.

Story
Petite female tuxedo cat. She is sweet, gentle, intelligent and talkative. She is estimated 8 months old, yet has already had one litter of five healthy kittens. She was a very good mom cat, but now she is spayed. Unfortunately, my elder cat has not accepted her, even after 6 months. Bebe was not her intended name, but she responded to it when we brought her in. She seeks attention, but cannot get the snuggles she deserves because of the jealousy of the other cat. I am hoping she can have a home where she an be the best cat she can be.

Story
This is Remy, she is 3 years old. She's a loving funny cat. She has 2 sisters, one older and one youger. When Remy was adopted she took the place of the alfa. The reason I am looking to rehome her is because we had a stray cat walk into the house one day, and as expected they got into a fight. But, for some reason Remy also fought her older sister. And after that day, she won't stop fighting her. Her older sister is very quiet, shy and gets scared easily. And even the smaller cat is feeling frightened. Remy has never done that before. I want to keep the oldest because she has been through surgery after being attacked by a dog and broke her leg. Remy is very people friendly. She likes being pet and cuddling. Has never bit or scratched any of us. We all love her, but can't have those fights. Specially when I have a 9 month old granddaughter in the house. I wish she can get a good new loving family. We feel sad having to rehome her, but it's either her, or two others.

Story
Mochi is an 11 month old kitty who never really had her kitten kindergarten, so we've been working on that in our group. She is a stout girl, built more like a British Short hair rather than the American SH cat but her face is more like the American type. She is friendly, very playful, and sweet. She is up to date on her vaccines and spayed. Her adoption fee is $100.
