Story
Sunflower is a very affectionate, Happy and Loving cat. We are saddens that we have to find him a new forever home, that was what we expected to be. Sunflower prefers a quiet environment, that we are unable to provide because we a very loud and chaotic household. One of our children is Autistic and at times he makes strange loud noises that unfortunately scare sunflower. He still comes out for attention, purring and loving on us. Until he hears a loud noise or senses rapid movement. We feel that a quiet laid back household would be the place for him to live his best cat life possible. He gets a long with our other cats perfectly. He just needs a calmer environment. He usually sleeps with our youngest child. Sunflower. Sunflower is just skittish around our other child sue to his movement and the sounds he makes. Thank you for taking the time to read this , and considering rehoming any pet in need.

Story
Trix is a super sweet tuxedo kitty who doesn't let her missing leg slow her down. We've had her for 2.5 years after adopting her from a shelter and our other kitty does not get along with her. We've tried everything to get our tabby to get along and nothing worked. We love Trix. She loves to be pet and will come right up demanding pets. She is good around kids and allows our 3 year old to pet her. She is vocal and loves to have conversations. She does have a touch of that tuxedo sass but it only shows up in her dislike of being picked up and the occasional warning nibble if she doesn't want to be pet. She loves to play with pretty much anything she can find and also loves to run around. She is capable of going up and down stairs and does not have any issues getting around due to her missing leg. You will never find her on one of your counters because that is the only thing high enough she can't jump up on ( she can get up onto chairs and the cat tower fine).

Story
BACKGROUND: Simba became one year old in mid-October 2024 and he is a very very sweet, curious, yet timid cat. I found him through a facebook group and adopted him at 8-10 weeks old. He was rescued by someone on the cat rehome facebook group and was feral outside till he was rescued. SIMBA PERSONALITY: He is super sweet. Anytime someone keeps him (Vet, Groomers, Friends) they complement how sweet and affectionate he is. He takes a while to open up to people, he does not run up to strangers and rather watch people from a distance before he interacts. When he is comfortable, he is a big cuddler, follower, and talker. NEW HOME: Simba's ideal home would be completely indoors, he is not accustomed to outside and isn't curious about anything beyond the front door. He would do well with another cat and children after proper introductions.

Story
Gary is a 3-year-old, fun-loving cat we adopted as a kitten from the Humane Society. He’s playful, snuggly, and very vocal, bringing lots of personality to any home. While Gary was once an indoor/outdoor cat, he’s become more territorial as he’s aged, especially with other cats. When kept indoors, his territorial behavior decreases, but he clearly longs to be outside. We believe Gary would thrive in a home where he can be both an indoor and outdoor cat. Due to his territorial nature, he’d do best as the only cat. He gets along well with our other male cat but has had issues with other cats. Gary loves to play and cuddle and will make a great companion for someone who can offer him the attention and outdoor access he craves. If you’re looking for a sweet, vocal kitty to bring joy to your home, Gary might be the perfect match!

Story
My niece found Dollar outside the Dollar General in Mint Hill/Charlotte. We agreed to share the fostering responsibilities until we can find her a home. She is very cuddly, affectionate and playful. We hate to let her go, but we are both away from home so much, so we are not the best pet parents. She still needs shots and spaying. She is about 8-9 months old. Free to good home. If you can make a contribution, that would be great, to help offset our expenses, but not necessary. We just want to find a good, loving home for her. Angela Parker
