Story
Selina is a stray I have been taking care of for about 3 years now. The last time she saw a vet they thought she was about 4 years old or so. I would say she's about 6 now. She has been an exclusively indoor cat since she has been in my care, but was an outdoor cat before that and could probably transition to indoor/outdoor. Our current residence has a lot of cats in the area which has lead to spraying and we rent so we can longer keep her. She's a very cuddly cat and loves to always be touching. We have had friends stay at our place and while she is shy at first she warms up quickly. She spends a lot of time sleeping/relaxing, but does have bursts of playfulness. She is also very talkative and will happily talk to you for as long as you talk to her. She rarely scratches furniture as long as she has scratching posts around. Doesn't chew on things, though she does like to lick.We have a large cat tree, toys, scratching posts, and food that we can include as well

Basel has been with my family for over a decade. He had a partner for a long time, but his brother passed away some time ago. He's either an indoor or outdoor cat. He's older and sleeps a lot now.

Story
Silky Sweet is a tiny bundle of joy wrapped up in soft fur and kitten energy. At around 9 months old, she’s at that perfect age where she’s playful, silly, curious, and unbelievably adorable all at the same time. This sweet girl absolutely loves to play. Toys are basically her favorite thing in the world. Toss a toy mouse, wave a wand toy, or roll a little ball across the floor and Silky Sweet will spring into action like a tiny acrobat. She hops, pounces, wiggles her little butt before launching into a surprise attack, and then looks very proud of herself afterward. Watch her YouTube video now! https://youtu.be/q5dIvchtJx8?si=0BP3w3HxjpiCMAiu But Silky Sweet isn’t just about playtime—she’s also a total sweetheart. After she’s had her fun, she’s more than happy to curl up nearby and enjoy some pets and attention. She has that classic kitten charm where she can go from zoomies to cuddles in a matter of minutes. Silky Sweet also has a very expressive personality. She’s the kind of kitty who will make you laugh with her goofy little antics, whether she’s chasing her own tail, dramatically flopping over for belly rubs, or investigating every corner of the room like a tiny detective. Living with Silky Sweet would mean a home filled with laughter, playtime, and lots of love. She’ll be your little shadow during the day, your entertainment in the evening, and your cozy companion when it’s time to relax. If you’ve been dreaming of a playful, affectionate kitten who brings endless happiness, Silky Sweet is ready to sprinkle a little extra sweetness into your life. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through.  We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Story
These two kitties were a pair in one cage when I adopted them from cat adoption team about two months ago. The black and white one is nine months old and the multicolored one is two years old. They are a little skittish due to their past experiences. I am not home enough to give them the care that they need. Happy to give away all food, supplies, litter boxes, scratching post. I would prefer to give both kitties to one home. They are the sweetest little things, but they need some patience so they can get over being afraid.

Story
Theo will be 3 years old in April. He is sweet and gentle with people but is rough with our other cats. We think he is trying to play with them but they feel more terrorized by him. We think he would function best as an only cat. He can be shy and nervous (runs and hides if someone rings the doorbell). He is prone to crystals in his urine as a side effect of his anxiety. We feed him “urinary health” food. He has been on an anti-anxiety medication for a few weeks and it seems to be helping. He loves chasing down the laser pointer or stalking a fishing pole toy. Theo is an indoor only cat but loves the catio or sitting by an open window. Theo is a big (15 lbs.) sweet boy. We don’t take rehoming him lightly. Because he struggles to interact well with our other two cats we hope he will be happier and less anxious if he is an only child. We are willing to let a potential new parent try fostering for a while including providing some food, medication and a litter box.
