Story
Captain is a kitty with sever Wobblers Syndrome. He does not need special medical attention for this but he's very wobbly. He's a calm, affectionate guy who just wants to lay around a buddy. My animals that I do have bully and attack him. Over the past year he's lost some weight and I'm afraid my other cat may attack him severally when I'm not home. He's great with kids. I have children who Ragdoll him around and he never even growls at them. He's so kind hearted and I'm looking for a loving home for him. ***CAPTAIN UPDATE*** After being in a different environment older children would be preferred.

Story
Meet Tumbleweed, a sweet and lovable kitty with Cerebella Hypoplasia (Wobbly Cat Syndrome). He will need to be adopted by someone who is willing to care for a special needs kitten. We believe he is around 6 weeks old. He is on the severe side of having CH and is unable to stand. He flops/crawls to walk. I truly believe with the right caregiver and physical therapy his CH could eventually be in the mild to moderate category. He is quite the little fighter! A little about CH: CH is not treatable, and it is not contagious, and it does not cause pain. His condition will not get worse over time. Cats with wobbly cat syndrome can live just as long as cats without CH. He is the best little snuggler and would make the best companion for the right person. I have small children and unfortunately do not have the time to give him the best quality of life he deserves.

Story
Please consider giving this beautiful Tortie a home. She was thrown out like trash along with her 5 kittens on 8/17 I happened along the disgusting crate that her owner shoved all of them in. I brought them home and gave them a safe place. The kittens have all been adopted and I have 2 cats and a dog of my own, she has not been able to get along with my cats so she is stuck in the bedroom that has housed her since August. She is very loving to me and would make a great companion in the right home. One that does not have any other cats as I think she longs and deserves to be loved by someone who will provide her with undivided attention. If that’s you please reach out so you can meet her she is a lovely cat. She has been spayed and vaccinated and is about 1 year old according to my vet. Take her home just in time for Christmas. Thank you for your time.

Story
Purrdy spent her entire first year in the local shelter. We adopted her as an active kitty friend for our young cat, and it became obvious she's not a social kitty. Purrdy spent her first 3 weeks under a bed. She hides constantly, hides from noise and startles easily. After 2.5 years, instead of settling in, we feel like Purrdy is getting more unsettled - as our household becomes busier and noisier, she hides more and it is breaking my heart. She is so sweet, with her little voice chirping and asking for petting and she deserves a quiet, peaceful and predictable household where she can be calm. She is a big kitty, but is a very happy lap cat. Well behaved and has always used a pan well, only scratches on the scratch tower, eats anything, wet or dry food happily... She is going to be someone's dream kitty. And as I am heartbroken to say goodbye, but am looking forward to finding her perfect placement where she can truly relax and be appreciated.
