Story
Fiona was adopted by my brother from the APL when she was 3 months old. She is now 10, and a few months ago my brother had to go into long-term care. He can no longer care for Fiona and I cannot find anyone who can take her. Fiona is a sweetheart, gentle and loving, healthy, and playful. She appears much younger than her age. She's currently in a foster home, and she needs to find a forever home now. Fiona is very shy at first, but after adjusting to the foster home, she came out of her shell and loves sitting on a lap, snuggling and purring. A patient adopter in a quiet home would be ideal, and Fiona will make a wonderful companion. Fiona's foster mom sometimes has other foster cats/kittens in the next room, and Fiona seems happy when she hears other cats around, so it is possible she would get along with another gentle cat. Fiona uses the litter box with no problems. She has no behavior issues, health issues, or special needs. Please consider this beautiful sweetheart.

Story
Twice the love! Roscoe and Ricky (son) were rescued last year when their senior owner could no longer care for or feed them. Thet are bonded pair, so they must be adopted "together". Ricky started out a little bit shy, but lots of love has changed that. Ricky enjoys running around and chasing Roscoe, and spending time snuggling with his foster Mom. Roscoe is outgoing and affectionate and is now a lap cat! Both boys love attention and with love, they have both adjusted beautifully in their foster home. Both have been neutered, vaccinated and have tested negative for leukemia/FIV. When adopting a "pair" of cats, the adoption fee is half, $150 Kathy Deptola Animal Rescue 440 862 0610 kdanimalrescue@gmail.com

Story
Jade was rushed into our vet office, on 12/4/25, the day after she gave birth to her two babies, due to a prolapse. Our vet was able to fix her up, and she stayed, with her babies, at the vet office for three weeks, until we were able to move them into a foster home together. She has been an excellent mom throughout the whole time we have had her. She can be a little vocal, but able to be handled & is very accepting of getting pet. We have no doubt that she will be very well socialized by the time she is ready to go to her foster to forever home. She is with a foster family who is excellent at socializing her fosters. Once her babies are weened, she will be available for foster to adopt. We are taking applications for her, and she will be ready to go to her foster to adopt home towards the end of January/beginning of February.

Story
This little cutie, Jasper, was rushed into our vet office with his sister and mom on December 4, 2025, just one day after he was born. They were covered in fleas, but overall thriving. Mom has been taking excellent care of them since they came in. They spent their first 3 weeks at the vet office, until we had a spot for them with one of our fosters. He will be ready to go to his foster to adopt home once he is weened, and starts his vetting & vaccines. We are taking applications on him now, but he should be ready to separate from mom around the end of January/beginning of February.
