Story

I got Mr. Handsome from a friend when I was in a really bad place in my life. He's been with me since he was 8 weeks old and has been my little buddy since then. He's always been very wary of new people and things but once he's warmed up he's a huge love bug and wants to be carried on my shoulders at all times. He can be very chatty. I've never had a problem with him biting or scratching and he'd much rather run than attack anyone. The only reason I'm giving him up is that I'm working and going to school more throughout the week and can no longer give him the love and attention as much as I'd want him to have anymore. He has had a urinary tract blockage a few months back which was dealt with but it means that to prevent it from happening again it's important he stays hydrated and is given his food with this in mind. He has also had stomach ulcers as a baby so I also mind he has food easy on his belly. He will come with all his things and papers. I just care he goes to a good home.

She is calm and loves to cuddle. She may be shy at first but warms up quickly. She likes to talk sometimes, mostly when it’s dinner time. She is 1 year old but she is a big girl. She is the sweetest cat I’ve ever met. My brother was a gifted a cat and without knowing she was pregnant she had Mikasa and her sister. We never thought of having them re-homed with anyone else but unfortunately we’ve had to move and our new Landlord does allow more than 1 cat. I hope someone with a lot of love finds her and continues to give her the same love we have.

Here’s Herbie, my beautiful, smart 3 year old cat. I adopted him two and a half years ago from a shelter in New Fairfield. He loves to snuggle. He and I have spent lots of time together with him on my chest or on my legs, purring away. He waits for me at the door when I go out. Herbie loves food and I have been able to teach him a couple of tricks using the clicker method and rewarding him with treats. He needs lots of attention. He likes to play; for example, to chase down plastic spring-y toys. But doesn’t like anyone to touch his feet and he hates being in the car. Although most of the time he is a loving, lovable pet, Herbie bites, which is why I’m sadly giving him up.
