Story

Kitty is the more independent of the bonded brother pair, who were brought to me as 3-4 month old semi-feral kittens. Their growth over the last year has been incredible! I struggled over the idea of rehoming them, but job changes will have me away from home for considerable periods and I will no longer be able to give them the proper amount of care they deserve. However, they are both independent -Kitty more so- and are used to being alone for most of the day. They keep themselves occupied together, and Kitty is a fabulous mouser- he completely rid my basement of mice! Kitty does not enjoy being picked up and will accept pets only while near his brother Floof. However, Kitty is good for nail trims if bundled in a towel. He is gentle but will hiss if cornered. I like to think of the brothers like this: Floof is the lap cat, and Kitty is there for moral support. They do both enjoy playtime with various toys and catnip though, and love food and treats!

MEET FANCY! Fancy is a 2yr old female tabby. She was rescued from a rural shelter VERY pregnant and gave birth to 5 babies just 3 days after she was rescued. She was waiting to have her little nuggets until she was safely in a home. Fancy is a VERY sweet affectionate cat. She shows her gratitude to her foster mom on a daily basis. Now that she is done feeding her babies it is her turn to find a forever home. Her foster mom describes her as VERY affectionate and sweet. She loves the attention of her family and comes out willingly for unlimited pets and then finds herself sleeping close by. Fancy is up to date with all her vaccines, she is FIV/FELV negative, and kitty litter trained. MEET FREDDY & FLINT! Freddy & Flint mother was pregnant with these cuties and their 3 other siblings when she was rescued from a rural shelter located in NC just in the nick of time. They were born just 3 days after entering our rescue on April 4th. Freddy and Flint are your typical kittens and enjoy playing and romping with each other all day long but then will find a nap when they need to revamp so they can start a new with their playtime. These guys were born in our rescue and have been handled since they entered this earth so they are very very social and loving with people. Freddy & Flint are both FELV/FIV negative, are up to date with all their vaccines for their age group, and are little box trained. MEET FAWN & FAITH! FAWN & FAITH are 11wk American short fur female kittens who were born in our rescue on 4/3/24. They are sweet playful little kittens. Fawn is a little shy but her sister Faith makes up for that. They love each others company and Fawn looks to her sister for security. As mentioned this pair was born in our rescue so they are very friendly with people but Fawn tends to be a little shy upon meet and then warms up. Fawn & Faith are up to date with all their vaccines for their age, FIV/FELV negative and will be spayed at the rescues expense once old enough. We are looking for an adopter who will not have a problem getting them to their alter appointment once the appointment is set by the rescue.
