Story
Dexter is an all black American Short hair male who loves to play. He's 5 months old and has greenish amber eyes. He loves treats and canned wet food. Whoever feeds him is his best friend. He loves to be a lap cat as well. All around good boy. The reason I'm wanting to rehome him is because of my allergies. They are getting worse and I can't seem to find allergy medication that works anymore. He's house trained which is easy for cats. He's just been to the vet and all his shots are up to date. We're located in Mcsherrystown pa.

Story
Baloo was raised from an infant (bottle-fed). He is a TALL, sturdy cat with an unusual black and white fur pattern. He lived with my daughter, two other cats, and a dog for the last couple of years. My daughter is no longer able to take care of them due to illness, so we are trying to find homes for all of the animals. Baloo lived with his cat mates who have found new homes, so he is a lonely boy. He has always been an inside cat. He is affectionate and likes people of all ages. He also LOVES to be brushed. He has always gotten along with other animals, but he and our male cat seem to butt heads. We need to find him a good home as soon as possible. He loves to play with springs, that tricky red light, and other toys. He's a large cat and loves to be held. He's good around children and my granddaughter adores him.

Story
Ninny is a wonderful little girl! She was bred on my farm and when I moved out I took her with me. My schedule and current home doesn’t accommodate for my girl. I love her so much, which is why I want her to go to a good home that can accommodate her. You’ll meet her once and fall in love. She’s so playful and bright spirited. Please let me know if you’re thinking about adopting her, she needs a good home as soon as someone is willing to give it to her.

Story
I got Patchy, or rather his nickname: Itty Bitty, when he was only a few months old from my Grandparents. He is going to be five years old this coming December. He was born with a deflated eye and had to get surgery to remove and close it up, he also got his kitten shots at the same time. He is a super sweet, purrmachine who loves attention, pets and to be brushed. We love him dearly, but with costs rising more and more and having one income we can not ensure that we would be able to give him the things he needs and deserves anymore. We are looking for a home that will welcome him with love and warmth.

Story
Who says you don’t get second chances in life? That’s certainly not true for this sweet older lady. We don’t know much about her back story, but what we do know is that somehow she found herself alone on the streets of Baltimore. She was taken to Baltimore Animal Control, where everyone there immediately fell in love with her. As stressful as it must have been to lose her home, be kicked out on the street and then wind up at a busy shelter, her wonderful disposition just shined right through. She absolutely adores people and was a well loved pet at one point. She can’t get enough of being petted and receiving belly rubs. She is an easy going ol’ gal and gets along fine with other cats and animals. She’s extremely adaptable. She has perfect litter box skills and manners. She’s not one to climb up curtains or scratch on furniture. Her favorite thing in the world is just to snooze next to her person. She does have a playful side, but in general she’s a very calm girl. Just an all around sweetheart. She will make a new family very happy. Like all Furever Home cats, Uni is FeLV positive. Story
Sweet little Daisy has every reason to distrust people, but like most animals, they are willing to give us a second, and sometimes a fifth, chance. Daisy was abandoned on the streets with her brother when her family moved out and left them behind. A few months later, her brother was attacked and killed by a dog. Luckily for her, a caring neighbor began looking out for her and leaving food. As time passed, it became apparent that little Daisy was just not doing well as an outside cat. Her fur lost it’s shine and Daisy began to get sick. Again the nice neighbors took her in, but unfortunately for her, by then she had contracted FeLV so the neighbors couldn’t keep her. Because there are not nearly enough FeLV rescues, many have a long waitlist. The neighbors were concerned Daisy wouldn’t survive outside in the hot summer so they expanded their search until they found us. The problem was that we were a 16 hour drive away! But the nice neighbors were willing to make that sacrifice for Daisy. And we very quickly understood why. Daisy is so worth it!!!! She is the most lovable little girl! She loves to snuggle with her people whenever she can, but she’s not overly Velcro either. She loves to play with her toys as well, but she’s also ok on her own through the day. She has the most adorable little chirp and will actually have an entire conversation with you, although we admit, sometimes it’s hard to understand what she’s saying. She also has impeccable litter habits and will actually wipe her little paws off before walking away from the litter box. In summary, Daisy is perfect! Like all our cats, Daisy is FeLV positive.
