Story
I got nyx from pet smart, at the age of 1 years old. He is very nice cat to humans, rarely scratches people and kids. Is a very lovable and cuddly cat. Like to play and definitely like to eat. He is pretty clean and naps a lot. It would help a lot to rehome nyx so he could be in better care and a better environment that fits him. He is at risk of being put out on the streets. Please help if possible.

Story
Professor socks was born in March 2021 he’s 3 years old he is incredibly social and likes to play with dogs. Because he has FIV, he hasn’t been raised with other cats but feel free to properly introduce him to kittens. He’s very loving in his own way he loves to sleep under the covers and likes being held his personality is like a sour patch kid so he gets overstimulated very quickly so he will bite you as a way of saying stop He is obsessed with lasers! He is a large cat compare to others. I would want him to find a home where his sour patch kid personality and boundaries are respected and understood (: An FIV infected cat can spread the virus to other CATS ONLY through hard bites where the saliva enters the bloodstream of the other cat, but FIV cats can also live along side non FIV cats without issue if the cats get along. You may want to call your vet to discuss any concerns you may have about FIV or google more information but they can live long healthy lives.

Story
I took care of Buffy for a little over a year and she is an ideal companion. My late wife adopted her and I took over. She's very laid back, very affectionate, likes to play, a bit of a huntress but not overly so. I wish she could travel with me to where I'm relocating in Europe but the flight would be too traumatic for her. I wanted to be comfortable and to get as much love as she gives. I'm glad to do anything to help you adopt Buffy.

Story
Doc and Professor are a two for one deal. They are bonded. I adopted Doc when he was 6 years old (he’s 16 now) and Professor when he was 4 months ( he’s 8). Both are microchipped. Doc loves attention, cuddles, kneading, and will always tell you he loves you. Professor is a slow burn. He warms up with time. When he finally comes to you, you’ll feel like you earned it. They have lived with additional cats but never a dog. Doc will sleep near kids and let them pet him. He’s never bit or hissed but he will scurry if they come for his tail. Professor usually hides from children. Unfortunately I am traveling for a new job and can’t provide them the attention and space I want to.

Story
Neville is a sweet 3 y.o. boy who gets along well with his dog brother and one cat sister, but we need to rehome him because he does not get along well with our oldest cat (whom we have had for 12+ years and to whom we feel loyal). Neville is a relaxed and happy cat that will do well in any house - but due to his aggression towards our older boy cat, he may do best as a solo cat to be safe. He is usually found sitting by the window watching the birds or stretched out in the middle of the kitchen floor. We have two young children who love to play with him - dress him up, carry him around, make cat homes for him, etc. And while he enjoys that, he also likes to cuddle up with you on the couch. Neville is healthy, eats well, and has a beautiful all-black, soft coat. He loves to be brushed with a wire brush and will turn into a purring machine at first stroke. After warming up to them, Neville gets along very well with friendly dogs (we have one pit bull and lots of family dogs visit us).

Story
Meatball is a loyal friend and companion. He's food motivated, LOVES a good backyard, has the softest fur, and a very handsome face and long tail. He has been camping with me, drove across the country with me to move to Baltimore and has lived about 5 different places. In all of those ways, he's very hardy and self-reliant. Doesn't get stressed when he's alone, great in the car and in new circumstances. Due to not spending enough time with his mother or playing with his littermates, Meatball unfortunately is not well adjusted to other cats, he is incredibly curious about them and doesn't attack and fight them, but he does play too rough and doesn't know when to stop. I would not recommend he live around other cats. He's an absolutely wonderful cat, and deserves a loving home.

He is intelligent, curious, and independent, making him an ideal companion for someone who appreciates a cat with a bit of flair and character. Story
Hi, my name is Rocky II. My mom named me that because she had a cat years ago, of course named Rocky, whom she loved dearly & felt the name suited me too. She adopted me right before the pandemic and took care of me while I entertained her while she was “locked down” in her senior apartment. She also realized that I’m deaf and had to get used to letting me know she was there to keep from scaring me all the time. Sometimes I meow pretty loud but as soon as you look at me I’ll meow very sweetly. I think sometimes I just do it because I don’t know how loud I actually am. Mom passed away & I’ve been living w/her daughter for the last 6 months but I just can’t handle her dogs and I really need a more 1 on 1 relationship. I love to get brushed & will purr & rub on you as long as you want me to. I can also take a hint & am happy w/my alone time as well. I’m pretty chill, don’t mess up the furniture, don’t pee outside my box. I’m a pretty decent guy & would love a new comfortable home.

Meet Ren! Ren is a 2 year old girl, up to date on vaccines and disease-tested negative. Here's her story: "I was found in a colony at a local park and clearly didn't belong there. I do fine with dominant cats but will chase any that run away. I like being near my peeps although I'm not a lap cat. I like playing with paper balls and toy mice. I purr easily and give head butts and like kisses on my head. I would do best in a quiet home with or without other cats." Make an appointment to meet her, you will be glad you did!

Story
Meet Cali! This sweet girl girls along with cats, dogs but loves her people best of all. Tired of breathing normally at night? Cali's favorite place to sleep is on her humans chest. She'd love a forever family with work-from-home or retired humans to give her round the clock cuddles. Cali has the rare Feline Knees and Teeth Syndrome. It has not impact her day-to-day since she had her baby teeth extracted. Her latest dental visit and x-rays show her adult teeth are growing in nicely and no signs of fractures. She could be prone to dental needs, arthritis or non-traumatic patella fractures later in life. Cali is looking for a family who is understanding of possible medical needs later in life. *Because of her rare syndrome Cali's ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED*

Story
Meet Bonded Tuxedos Bob and Ridoc. These two connected immediately despite being from 2 different litters. When Bob's siblings were adopted and he was left alone, Ridoc comforted him and now they are inseperable. Bob LOVES to be with his people, especially carried like a purse hence his nickname "purse cat." Whenever Bob is not following you or on your lap, he can be found rolling around on the floor with Ridoc. These two love to play with lasers, feather toys and each other. Upon initial meetings with new people, Bob can be a bit shy. However, Ridoc grounds him and provides the stability needed to warm up quickly, which is why these two need to be adopted together. Are you willing to open your home and hearts to an adorable pair of rescue kittens? They are looking for a home that will open up its hearts to a PAIR of babies, allowing them to spend their entire lives by each other's sides. Kittens who are adopted in pairs have a lifelong partner in crime, entertaining themselves while you are away and tend to be much more outgoing and confident than single adopted kittens. We hope to place these sweethearts in the best of homes as that is everything they deserve. Bob and Ridoc will be fixed, vaccinated, disease tested and microchipped and will come with all medical records.

Story
Momo is a 5 year old sweetheart, but he was previously traumatized by apartment maintenance workers and unfortunately developed PTSD from these incidents. We moved to a townhouse on a busy street about a year ago and Momo is still very scared of all the traffic and other loud noises, to the point where he has basically been living in a small bedroom upstairs for almost all hours of the day. I have another cat that is my ESA. They used to play together but Momo has accidentally hurt (and scared) him on multiple occasions (Momo was scared by something and my other cat just happened to be in the way). Ever since then, my other cat has been really nervous around Momo and he started getting scared of things that he was never scared of before. So I have had to separate the cats when I am not home and constantly keep an eye out on them. It has been a very stressful situation for all involved. Momo deserves the best and he would do best in a quiet area and quiet home with no kids.
