Story
I adopted Pumpkin Spice from the Humane Society for Greater Savannah in 2021 when he was about 2 years old. He has been with me as I have moved from Savannah back to New Orleans. Pumpkin Spice is very affectionate and loves meeting new people. He's often the first to greet visitors at the door and enjoys cuddling in laps. He really loves stuffed toys that he can bunny kick. Unfortunately, he also has some behavioral challenges that make it difficult for him to stay in my home. He experiences anxiety, which sometimes manifests as biting and scratching. He also occasionally urinates outside the litter box. Furthermore, he has become more territorial regarding the other male cat in my home. I think Pumpkin Spice would benefit from a house or larger apartment where he is the only cat. An experienced cat owner who knows how to handle behavior issues and can be patient with him would be ideal. Pumpkin Spice loves attention and would be a great cat for someone who wants a cuddle buddy.

Story
Had her since she was born (took in a pregnant stray) and adopted her out. Her adopter ended up in an unsafe environment and could no longer take care of her so I offered to take her back. She does not get along with any of my other animals so I thought it best to adopt her back out to a home where she can be the only other animal. She was born March 7, 2023 so she will be two years old this coming March. She was super hissy when she first arrived back to me, but after she got used to her environment she was very clingy and loving, wanting to sleep on my chest and around my neck practically every night. When we began introducing her to my other two cats it became clear she preferred the only child life. It didn’t help that my younger cat is an asshole, he hasn’t liked her since they first met face to face. I think she’ll just be better in an environment where she is the only cat/dog in the household. Her previous adopter named her Ginger, though she responds to both Ginger and Cassie.

Story
Taz is a big baby, he's a house cat had him for five years. He had two brother which are no longer here. He's good with kids and loves a good head, neck, body rub. He'll nibble if you rubbing him wrong or to long, he's playful. Enjoy kitty treats. As you can see he likes to sleep on a pillow. He follows me everywhere I go, I call him my catdo, cadog. Unfortunately I have to surrender my cat due to landlord issues, and it like giving away my child. HEARTBROKEN. Hope to find him a good loving owner that would give another loving home and enjoy his company.

Story
Shmoo is a little bit over one year old. He is the most cuddly cat I have ever met, very energetic but he knows when it is time for bed. He is a curious cat that likes to explore and check things out in the house. Shmoo is the sweetest cat I've met and I am hoping to find him a home as sweet as he is!

Story
Please adopt our wonderful “puppy” cat. Boris is an extremely friendly, docile, easy-going adult male cat. He is neutered. He is smart and well behaved. He is litter box trained, however he prefers to go outside and do his business. He can go 12 hours without going outside, not using his box. He is a very large cat, he weighs about 24 pounds, and he’s about 2 feet long. He would be perfect for empty-nesters, RV’ers, 1st time pet owner.  He would be great company for an older person. Boris is extremely low maintenance and in great physical health. Boris is very adaptable to travel, pet carrier, leash and stroller. Boris is best suited for a home without other pets. He does not necessarily like to be picked up, he likes to sit next to you not on you. Boris does not scratch furniture. He has never sprayed. He rarely meows.  He is extremely well behaved. He was abandoned in our neighborhood, we adopted him when he was just one years old, he is now nine years old. Thank you.
