Story
Meet Pedro! Pedro is a 3 year old domestic short hair with an affinity with having his butt pat, his head scratched, and his food bowl filled! Pedro is a sweet boy that will sleep at the end of your bed every night, but he’s not too much of a cuddle bug, preferring his space. Pedro is neutered, microchipped, but NOT CURRENTLY up to date on vaccines. He is scheduled for an appointment on February 5 for a general exam, his FVRCP vaccine, and his rabies vaccine. The results of his yearly exam will be shared with whoever adopts him.

Story
Miss Kitty loves sunshine and watching birds play in the garden. As a kitten, she followed my mom around her garden and slowly trusted her enough to follow her inside. She has been my mom’s joy ever since. Recently, my mom and dad had to move from independent living into a retirement home because my mom has dementia and my dad has MS. We have tried to find a new home for Miss Kitty, but she moved into the Manor with my parents. The Board has just ruled that residents can not have pets. Miss Kitty would be happy in a space where she can watch wildlife and have someone who cares for her.

Story
Jonesy (Jo) is a fun loving cat that was originally a stray that was abandoned by his mother, he’s been indoors since he opened his eyes, but he enjoys his time indoors as well as supervised outdoor time. He isn’t overtly aggressive but he does have some neurological issues where he will have ghost sensations in his tail, he has never damaged his own tail but he occasionally has “fits”. 10mg of gabapentin managed this well, especially at night. We moved in November and he’s seemingly had a hard time adjusting. During the day he’s a very well behaved cat but for the last 5 months he has decided that he will cause trouble at all times of the night by knocking things off of the night stand, pulling at blinds, etc. he has a lot of energy and needs ALOT of play time. He’s very comfortable with handling / being held like a baby and generally acts like a dog during the day, and wants to be near people no matter what you’re doing. He requires a lot of attention.

Story
Phoebert was adopted out at 8 weeks old and returned because of wrong identity. They were wanting a female because there older male does not get along with other males. He does have some vaccinations and is microchipped. I do have the paperwork and it will be handed over at time of adoption. Phoebert is very chilled and loves to watch tv and loves to play with his siblings but he prefers just laying there watching them chase each other around the house. Born July 22, 2025

Story
Sylvester was born on July 22, 2025 was returned because the family was moving back to North Carolina and could not take him. He loves chasing his brothers around the house and playing with his toys and on the cat tree. When its time to eat he will run up to were his bowl goes and waits patiently. He is very good with baby kittens he will just go and sit there and watch them and give them kisses and play with them. He loves being around the kittens that are already adopted in 4 weeks. I'm just to busy with work to keep all of them. I have there mother, and a dog, and there older brother. So the ones I have up for adoption deserve a better life than what I can give them at this moment.
