Story
Soap is a very playful and cuddly companion. When he’s not running around yelling for food, he’s curled up on your lap, purring loudly and making lots of biscuits. He needs plenty of toys and someone who has the time to play with him and has lots of love to give. We adopted Soap from Simply Cats in April 2024. He was new to the shelter and had previously been a stray, so no one knew much about him. Even so, we decided to take a chance on him and he’s brought so much joy into our home. However, we already had an established senior cat in the house. They didn’t get along from the start, and though things did get better over time, he would still often stalk our other cat, keeping her cornered and pouncing on her. After keeping the two separate for a few weeks, we’ve noticed great improvement in both of their mental states. As much as it hurts to say goodbye, we believe Soap would have a much better time as a single cat who gets all the attention.

Story
This beautiful little kitten is Clancy! She is a spunky, playful girl who LOVES to nap and snuggle. She prefers cozy, dark spaces to sleep in during the day but when people are around she loves to come out and play! Clancy currently lives with another female cat with whom she loves to wrestle, groom, and snuggle together with in their window perch. Clancy is just over a year old, we adopted her from the humane society when she was 2 months and she has been a wonderful addition to our family. Clancy has been around dogs, cats, and children and although shy and hesitant at first, she eventually warms up and loves to play! We are so sad to have to rehome this wonderful girl, but we hope we can find a loving home for her to feel settled and welcomed in!

Story
Meet Whimsy! This confident, loving, and curious girl is ready to bring some joy into her new home. At nearly 2 years old (birthday in June!), Whimsy is a relaxed, easy-going cat who enjoys being around people but is never too pushy. She loves to observe her surroundings and is always up for some fun and play, whether it’s with a person or another animal. Whimsy would thrive in a home with a solid routine and would be delighted to have a playmate to keep her entertained. She’s great around other animals and children, making her the perfect companion for any family. Her curious personality means she's easy to train, and she might even learn some new tricks with a little patience and love! We know Whimsy will bring lots of joy to the right family, and we’re hoping to find her a loving home where she can continue to be the wonderful, confident cat she is!
