Story
Looking to rehome black & white male cat, not quite 1 yo. He's intelligent, playful, & VERY affectionate. He's neutered, chipped, & up to date on his rabies vaccine. Will provide health records. This kitty is a stray that showed up at my house a few months ago. My dog is aggressive toward cats, so I'm looking for a wonderful home for this little guy. I've rehomed 5 cats & 1 dog in the last 3 years. All of them are with amazing families. I expect the same for this kitty. Just waiting for the right person to contact me. 😊 If interested, please CALL me for more details. Mary (xxx) xxx-xxxx

Story
Frankie is a sweet, but serious older boy (13 years old). He likes looking out the window, basking in the sun, and "making biscuits" on a soft blanket next to his favorite human on the couch. He likes his routine and likes to be alone with his favorite human. He's never been around dogs. He tolerated other cats, but was definitely not happy. He's had a rough last few years through divorce, many house moves, kids leaving for college, and lots of new humans. We tried EVERYTHING to make him more comfortable, but he is constantly scared and anxious of my new boyfriend who lives with me. All I want is for him to spend his final years happy, relaxed, and loved, and unfortunately other than being loved, he is not happy and relaxed living with me. I'm hoping that whoever adopts him will be open to communication and possibly visits from me and my college age daughter. Frankie was her first pet and her living situation is not permissable to take him, but she will miss him terribly.

Story
Introducing Mama, the remarkable feline whose journey from feral to fabulous is nothing short of inspiring. This true rags-to-riches story began when Mama crossed paths with one of Bossy Paws amazing fosters, who recognized her need for medical attention and a loving home.Under their care, Mama's transformation unfolded as she slowly but surely learned to trust again. With patience and dedication, she not only gave her trust but poured her heart into forming deep bonds with her newfound friends. Now, Mama exudes gratitude every day through the abundance of love she showers upon those around her.Though she doesn't demand much, Mama deserves the world and more. A cozy cat tree to snooze in, a sunny spot to bask in the warmth of the sun's rays, and her favorite Tiki Cat food are among life's simple pleasures that bring her joy. Sharing her space with other felines comes naturally to Mama, and she's even tolerant of those curious creatures called dogs, though she may simply choose to ignore them—they're dogs, after all.Mama's resilience, grace, and capacity for love serve as a testament to the incredible spirit of rescue animals. Are you ready to welcome this radiant ray of sunshine into your home and witness firsthand the beauty of a heart that has known both hardship and healing?Apply today at bossypawsrescue.orgAdoption fee: $75.00 Estimated DOB: 08/14/2014

Story
Nova was a stray I adopted in 2022 as a kitten. She is a very tiny cat, kitten-sized. She does not like to be held but she can be super cuddly when she gets to trust you. She likes to sleep in the crook of legs at night. She is not spayed but she has been strictly indoors, no litter. She is a very intelligent cat!

Story
Vinny is a very sweet, loving cat with special needs. He is temperamental, sometimes communicates with his claws, and has severe separation anxiety. He used to be feral and can be aggressive in regards to food. I have found that he can get along with other cats, but he can also be a bit territorial. He will greet you when you get home, fall asleep in the crook of your arm, but also make it very clear when he feels his litterbox is too full.
