Story
Sweet Pea and Sugar Plum are sisters who were rescued from a horrible situation living in a construction site. They are the sweetest kittens who will be happiest if adopted as a pair. Sweet Pea is black with a tiny white patch on her neck. Sugar Plum (last photo) is all black. They are spayed, microchipped and up to date on all vaccines. They are about 4 months old and weigh about 4 lbs each. Both are darlings who will sleep by your side and are also happy just cuddling together. They have been lovingly cared for in a foster home since they were 5 weeks old and are very sociable and definitely a bonded pair. They have been exclusively indoors since their rescue and we would like them to remain together as indoor cats. Please consider opening your heart and home to Sweet Pea and sister Sugar Plum. One look into their amber-green eyes and you will be in love!

Story
Kitty Has no name she was abandoned by a bridge on 117th avenue near Edgewater community having taken care of her for a month. She was found in a condition of just skin and bones but still with a rather healthy coat. She is very feisty with a independent attitude but still very interactive and allows you to hold her. she only eats dry food for the most part has declined wet food as well as seems to be potty trained which leads me to believe she has had a previous owner as well. There is evidence of abuse as well as if you approach her suddenly she will meow and hiss at you lay on her back ready to attack so her previous owner must have kicked her out as well, she also reacts to shoes/feet aggressively. all in all this kitty needs work but with consistent attention and gentleness she can be a sweet heart. (we have a big rat problem and she befriends the rats + my pet bird luckily so on top of the fact we are deathly allergic to cats here she isn't doing her job :P)

Story
Hello, this is Titi. I really love her and I don’t want to Rehome her. However although she’s extremely kind and sweet, she’s also an anxious cat. My roommates are constantly fighting, slamming furniture, and scaring her. She’s not happy in my home and I can’t afford to move. I’m trying to find her nice and peaceful home that will give her the life she deserves. She’s super sweet and loves laying in the sun. Once you gain her trust she’ll lay out in the most uncomfortable and silly ways with you. She also has the girliest meow ever that only her favorite humans will hear when she wants affection.

Story
Kahlua is a sweet, cuddly cat who is looking for a new home due to our new landlord’s no-pets policy. At 3 years old, she’s incredibly affectionate, loves quality time with her humans, and will gladly curl up beside you for hours of purring and relaxation. If you're seeking a calm companion who thrives on attention and love, Kahlua would be the perfect addition to your home.

Story
A friend is going into hospice care today and sadly, she will not be returning home. She has a beautiful indoor female pussycat that she will no longer be able to care for, her best friend, Puss in Boots. "Puss" is about 8 years old, a very sweet and small (8lbs), black and white American shorthair whose coat feels like velvet. She is healthy with all her shots, very loving and sweet, and currently boarding at a veterinary office. She comes with food, a litter box, and a cat tower with scratching post. I love cats but am unable to adopt her - I hope someone would like a pretty little companion.

Story
Hi, I'm Vixen! To learn more about me or setup time to meet me text my foster Mom at 954-654-3606 or submit an application Favorite Treat: Catnip Favorite Toy: Hairties Favorite Nap Spot: On any sherpa blanket I can find Despite the usual orange cat stereotypes, I'm a pretty calm girl. I love having a nice, warm place to rest, but I also enjoy plenty of cuddles and head scratches. I have lots of cat foster siblings and two dog foster siblings. While I don't mind the cats, I can get cranky with the kittens, and the dogs don't bother me at all. I LOVE boxes and catnip. I'm not a fan of sweaters, though, and I haven't let my foster mom get another picture of me since Christmas.I love to snuggle under blankets and would really like for someone to let me sleep in their bed. If not, I'll be ok if I have a cozy cat bed nearby! I've been at the shelter the longest, and I can't wait to find a home of my own!

Story
Hello, I'm Princess! To learn more about me or schedule time to meet me, text my foster mom at 954-654-3606 I was a street cat, ruling over my own colony when a rescue volunteer caught me, and helped me get spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and ear tipped! They planned to take me back to my colony until they saw that I seemed to really enjoy the VIC (Very Important Cat) treatment-- then they found me a foster mom! (No worries though- they were able to get all of my street pals sterilized as well!) My foster mom says that I am a timid girl at first, but once I warm up to you I will demand chin scritches as is my right as Princess of the castle! She also says that when I am confused and trying to puzzle something out (like her vaccum), I make "endearing noises reminiscent of a turkey," whatever that means! So if you are looking for a new Princess to rule over your castle, reach out to my foster mom! She would be happy to arrange an introduction for us.
