Story
Mint was trapped outside with his siblings and made some socialization progress in foster care. Mint is taking his own pace in making friends with us but with the help of his kitty friends he has started to become more comfortable and curious! With continued socialization, we know Mint could blossom into a spoiled pet. We best believe Mint would do best in a home with no children and would have to have a feline companion(s) to show him the ropes. Mint is a young adult, neutered, UTD on vaccinations, FIV/FELV NEGATIVE and microchipped. If you are interested in Mint, please fill out a feline adoption application at https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=meridenhumanesociety&method=online_form_html&formid=28

Story
I got her from a friend however, they failed to mention to me that she has fleas. Ive taken care of it to the best of my ability, by giving her baths with flea shampoo and haven’t seen any but cannot confirm they are completely gone. I wasn’t prepared for this extra responsibilty alongside with my busy schedule being both a full-time student as well as working full-time. She is only 4 months so she demands a lot of attention that I am unable to provide.

Story
We would like you to meet Gabriella!   Gabriella is a beautiful 2 month old kitten looking for her forever home. Gabriella is friendly to everyone and she’s been around other cats and dogs. Gabriella would be fine in a home with kids as long as they are respectful.  As always we do not allow kittens to be adopted alone to prevent single kitten syndrome. Therefore there must be another young cat in the home or Gabriella must be adopted with another kitten.   To adopt Gabriella, please visit our website and fill out an application. astdogrescue.com ##2059528##

Story
Dora is a very sweet cat. She loves to lay on your lap all the time. She is great with our kids. However over time we have realized she needs to be a single pet household. She has peed outside of the litterbox and we had her treat UTI’s and crystals in her urine. Even after this we realized it was behavioral because she prefers to be the only cat in the house. We would love to see her go to a home that would make her very happy and not stressed about another pet. We have loved her very much but it’s time to see her happy in a new home.

DAWN IS IN HER FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO CT ONCE SHE IS ADOPTED! Dawn is a gorgeous Brownish/Silver tabby.  She was abandoned in a carrier behind PetSmart.  Her eye is cloudy and she has some sight loss in one eye, but she has full sight in her other eye. She is super friendly and snuggy and gets along with both dogs and other cats. She would make a great family kitty. She loves her people and loves to have a conversation with you.   She loves to be your lap puddle and would be perfect to keep you company. She has been spay/neutered, had all age appropriate vaccines, microchip, and a confirmed NEGATIVE FIV/FeLV test. Her adoption fee of $295 includes the transport to CT.  We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring her up north to her adopted family. If you are interested in adopting, please go to our website and complete an online application using this link:  http://www.newbeginningsanimalrescue.net  Once your application is received and processed you will be contacted by an NBAR Volunteer.
