Story
This is Mulberry. She's incredibly cute, cuddly, gentle, and just a little chatty. It would be a dream to keep her, but the cost of her care is well out of my budget. Ideally, I would keep her and receive financial support for her care. Or, if a forever home presents itself, I'd give her up for the perfect place. She's had some issues with seizures, and I'm investigating the cause, but can't afford more vet bills. I began fostering Mulberry as a favor for a neighbor; I later learned the cat had been "left" to me. The former owner wants to wash her hands of the cat--and the last thing I want to do is put her in a shelter; she deserves so much better than that. She's around 4-5 and thrives as an only cat. She's litterbox trained and loves to play. When I wake up, she's usually curled up on the covers, looking like a little ball of fluff. She'll greet you at the door and crawl into your lap for all the snuggles. Please reach out if you or someone you know might be her forever home.

Story
Little SloeBerry is a beautiful and sweet 4 1/2 yr old kitty. She lost her home and her person after a house fire and is looking for her special emotional support human. She loves to cuddle and play and enjoys sunspots and windows to watch the birds. She is a bit shy to warm up to people and to get picked up, but once she does warm up to you she is sweetly demanding and a lap or lap adjacent kitty. She adjusts well to regular routines.

Story
Tiny Bean & Little Socks are bonded siblings. Tiny Bean is the sweetest girl and a little purr machine who loves to be in the middle of things while Little Socks is still a cautious boy who likes to take his time and observe. Both kittens were born outside in a litter of three and have adjusted rather well to living in a home. They are about 4,5 months old and have excellent litter box manners. Tiny Bean and Little Socks are both fixed, microchipped, dewormed, treated for fleas and vaccinated. They are currently indoor-only and love food, toys and pets, just like any other cat. Looking for a quiet home with patient humans who will understand their situation and that it might take some time for them to build trust with their forever person. Please reach out if you are interested in adopting them and would like to know more.

Story
Seersha was born in Santa Ana, CA in a neighborhood colony of black cats. During that time, she became a young mother to 4 kittens. Even as a street cat, she loved rubbing up on people and receiving pets from strangers. To this day she still loves being pet infinitely by people. Upon being rescued from the streets by Del Gato Animal Rescue, she is currently in foster care in the Bay Area. She loves other cats, especially young kittens due to her motherly nature and she loves people too. She is super patient with humans and incredibly intelligent. She loves snuggling with her foster in bed and playing when she has the zoomies. Most of the time she is chilling and loves to chill in co-existence with other cats or humans. Her best cat quality may be how much she loves being pet, she loves to bury her face in other people's hands! She'll even put her paw on your hand to tell you she wants pets! She's social, affectionate, vocal chirper, and sure to make your life sweeter!

Story
A friend rescued these full brothers from a pet store because Mars had an eye infection (this has been fully treated and besides a scar on his eye making it a funny color he is unaffected). After bringing them home they started to fight with the other cats in the house. So they came to live with me! They are now 5 years old and are the most affectionate, friendly house cats you have ever met. And that is why I have made the decision to find them a new home, because I am not home very much anymore and they are desperate for attention. They have lived as indoor only with occasional supervised romps outside. They have never had an accident in the house and sit quietly in my lap to get their nails trimmed monthly. They are both microchipped and there is pet insurance that is transferrable. They will come with ALL of their things (cat tree, litter boxes, bowls). They MUST stay together! Adoption fee negotiable.

Story
Allie is the cuddliest cat I've known in 30+ years of living with them. Lie down on the couch and in no time you'll find her at your belly being your little spoon. Allie is well-disciplined and never jumps on tables or countertops. She is incredibly comfortable with company - at house parties with 40+ people, you'll see her rubbing up against ankles and getting all the pets and attention she can get. She freakishly enjoys fairly rough petting, and she's almost dog-like in that manner. Tug her ear, cradle her like a baby, ruffle her scruff and chungles - she'll take it all happily. This made her particularly tolerant of our toddler. We are rehoming because with our toddler we simply aren't able to pay the same attention to the kitty as before. We also travel between SF and Seattle often for family, and constantly relocating is tough on a kitty. https://phs-spca.org/adopt/cats/#action_0=pet&animalID_0=20701235&petIndex_0=18

Story
We adopted Sardine from a rescue in mid-April, 2020. She was the sweetest, most curious, kind-hearted, affectionate, playful girl from the start. Sardine is 5 1/2 years old, and such a joy to have in our lives. Unfortunately my work is taking us to Europe, therefore I have made the very tough decision to try and find her a loving home in San Francisco, rather than subject her to the stresses of moving so far away. Sardine loves to stalk butterflies and lay in the sun in our safe, protected garden in Russian Hill, but spends 90% of her time indoors. We call her Dinie and she loves to curl up on the sofa and cuddle, is quite playful and curious about anything she might play with, and has responded well to all training. She does not scratch our furniture (we trim her nails carefully, regularly) and bathe her. Dinie does not like to be left alone for long hours, or overnight and has not responded positively to children or dogs. We suspect sardine would love a kitten/cat companion!

Story
My daughter originally had Bendy. He’s somewhere around 3 years old. Looking for a Yu home that is calm and quiet with little traffic. Preferably no kids or a mature teenager or young adult. Bendy is calm, gentle and mysterious although he likes affection he prefers to come to you! He loves to hide and play with balls and kitty rods. He makes a great emotional support animal once he gets to know you!
