Story
Shine enjoys being petted and purrs loudly. Once she knows you, she will run to the door to be petted. She’s playful, loves toys, and especially enjoys hunting down small treats tossed her way. She also loves scratching posts. Shine is all black with a little white spot on her chest and belly. She will quickly become a loving companion in your life. Shine is one of 3 young stay female cats from our neighborhood, spayed them & got their rabies shot, and now they need a loving home! These sweet girls are all under a year old & have been together since birth. They have not been around other pets, only each other. They are familiar with people but are still adjusting to indoor life. They use the litter box with no issues, and they’ve had their rabies shots. They can be shy with new people, but friendly, and with a patient, quiet home, they will be loyal and loving pets. They would do best in a calm environment, especially Sassafras, who would thrive if adopted with one of her sisters.

Story
Bruce is 7 months old and a very sweet cat. He is a little timid with new people, but very playful with toys and will cuddle as he warms up. He has never bitten or scratched anyone, plays along well with our older cat. He is fixed and up to date on all vaccines and worm prevention. He has always been an indoor cat and is litter trained and even does fine with bathing. Reason for rehoming is we are moving to a place where only one pet is allowed.

Story
Where did I acquire my pet? -She found me on a cold October afternoon close to Halloween. She meowed at me from a bush, followed me back to the patio, and then sat in my lap deciding she wanted to be part of the family. How old is your pet? - She is about 11 years old What am I looking for in a new home? - I would like her to have a place she can be comfortable in. She is litterbox trained, and gets along with most other cats. The reason for the rehoming is we have two other cats. The relationship has deteriorated with the younger of the other two cats. She is constantly on the lookout for the other cat and will run away and hide to avoid it. We have tried pheromone collars and diffusers, but they did not work. I would just like her to have a happy and comfortable home. Descriptive Adjectives? - Loving, Gentle, Conversationalist, Warm

Story
Meet Knox, our gentle and loving black cat. Knox has a special gift for sensing when someone is feeling stressed or lonely—he’ll quietly make his way into your room, sit by your side, and offer comfort just by being there. His soothing purrs seem to melt worries away, and his affectionate licks are his way of saying, “I’m here for you.” Knox is the definition of kind; he doesn’t hiss, scratch, or bite, and he’s always a calm presence in our home. He’s the perfect reminder that love and kindness can come in the quietest, softest forms.
