Story
Hook is a purebred, papered American Bully (not a pit bull but the breed origin has pit bull in it). He is the sweetest and most loving dog. He listens well and loves big and little people. He is HIGHLY motivated by treats. He is amazing in the car- have driven to Las Vegas with him twice for my daughters soccer tournaments. He gets along well with all other animals. I am recently divorced and my ex husband had Hook because he had wanted to breed him. I don’t want him to go to a breeder home, I want him to have a loving family. As a now single mom with three dogs I just cannot find time to walk them all and give them the love they deserve. I have tried for over a year to keep my sweet pups but I work a lot and am gone often for my daughter’s sports and struggling with time and finances.

Story
I could be your all star champion…. Hiking, running, biking, agility, hunting…. the sky is the limit. With some mix of Jack Russell terrier, I’d thrive with an outdoorsy active family. I love toys and learning well with fetch and recalls. I’m good on leash and love pack walks. I’m currently in a foster home with dogs of all sizes, a confident calico cat and chickens! I love getting scratches and snuggle with respectful kids. I can be shy towards strangers but once I warmed up, I’m the most loyal, sweetest and cuddly. I sleep through the night in my crate. My $200 adoption fee includes spay surgery, vaccinations and microchip.

Story
This handsome boy is Auggie, and he is a 57 pound pitbull mix who is sweet as can be. Auggie is about 5 years old. He is a ball of energy and very smart. His intelligence shines through in his quick learning and problem-solving abilities. He's energetic, always ready for a game of fetch or a brisk walk. Despite his zest for life, Auggie also knows when it's time to relax and enjoy quiet moments with his family. Auggie is a sensitive boy, and needs a calmer environment and a loving gentle hand. He can get nervous in loud environments. As a family dog, Auggie is loving and loyal, always eager to offer comfort and companionship. He is very loving and great around kids. He is great with other dogs, but may prefer to live as the only animal, or with calmer dogs. He would be the perfect addition to a family with an active outdoor lifestyle. Auggie is ready to find his forever family and join them for whatever adventures ahead.Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. ALL CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. His adoption fee is $200. Story
Hi I'm Augustus, a perfect mix of pitty, poodle and super mutt. I'll probably grow to be around 30-40 lbs and even though I'm a Doodle, I do shed and I have short hair. My mom was pregnant with me and my siblings in a scary shelter when she was saved by CAWs. My foster did a DNA test, so we know a little bit more about my breed. I may be the last of my litter to get adopted but I am the sweetest of the bunch and I am patiently waiting... I just know that my perfect family is out there. I just love being around people and other dogs and I'd love an active family who loves spending time outdoors, running around in the snow, playing in the rain, or just enjoying a good game of fetch. I'm working hard on my house training but I'm gonna need a patient and loving family who’s ready to help me learn the ropes and include me in all their adventures. Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped and vaccinated. CAWS will cover all of the first year of puppy vaccines and their spay/neuter at 6 months of age. His adoption fee is $300. If you are interested in adopting a CAWS pet, please fill out an online application at http://caws.org/adoption-application. Story
Gnorfbun is an 11-year-old pittie mix with 60 pounds of pure sweetness and cinnamon bun love! This treat-loving sweetheart might need a little help with her diet and managing her allergies, but she more than makes up for it with her endless love and affectionate nature. Gnorfbun adores leisurely walks just as much as she loves curling up for snuggles. She’s fantastic with kids, making her a wonderful addition to a family home. She’s also a great companion to her 9-pound foster dog sibling and knows how to respect an older, grouchy dog’s space. While Gnorfbun is eager to make new friends, she prefers slower introductions to other dogs to ensure everyone feels comfortable. She’s always excited to meet people and even curious about cats—though she mostly leaves them alone and prefers to nap. With her gentle, loving personality, Gnorfbun is an instant favorite with everyone she meets. If you’re ready for unconditional love, kid-friendly cuddles, and the most adorable snuggle partner, Gnorfbun is ready to join your family! To meet Gnorfbun, please fill out an application at http://caws.org/adoption-application. Story
Say hello to Bella, the charming and spirited pup who’s ready to steal your heart! Bella is all about playtime, especially with her fellow rescue pals—she could spend hours frolicking in the yard! While it may take her a little time to warm up, once Bella trusts you, she’ll shower you with endless affection and loyalty. Bella thrives on slow introductions with well-balanced dogs, making her an ideal companion for other furry friends that match her energy. She’s crate-trained and settles in easily, though her playful nature means doggy beds don’t stand a chance—they quickly become her favorite toys! Highly motivated by treats, Bella is eager to learn and responds well to training. She walks well on a leash but can get easily distracted, so a gentle leader might help her focus during outings. Though Bella prefers the comforts of home, she’ll need a little encouragement to embrace the joys of a walk. She can feel anxious around other dogs on her adventures, sometimes expressing her excitement a bit loudly. But remember, every rescue has their quirks, and Bella’s incredible qualities far outweigh any challenges! Bella is ready to find her forever home with a family that understands and loves her just as she is. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful companion who will fill your days with joy, Bella is the perfect match! To add Bella to your family, simply send us an email at springbranchrescue@gmail.com for adoption and fee information. She is wagging her tail and wiggling her butt at just the thought of finding her forever home and her story is just beginning. Her next chapter could be with you! Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.  We are thrilled to offer transport services every 3 weeks from Houston to the Pacific Northwest, the Midwest, and the East Coast, ensuring that these incredible pets can find their way to you no matter where you are. This makes the adoption process smooth and convenient, allowing you to focus on welcoming your new family member with open arms. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future away from a city that has an animal crisis. We are heartbroken each day with the many incredible and loving animals found wandering our streets. So often are these animals dumped, abandoned, or born on the streets and never find a home to call their own. We are giving them the chance that every animal deserves. We know that since you are looking to add a furry family member to your home here, you will provide the love, care, and attention they need to thrive. Thank you for considering adopting and not shopping. ##2149754##
