With a zest for life, Chloe's favorite pastime is embracing the great outdoors, where she can be found either playfully frolicking in the grass, basking in the sun, or on her favorite spot - the cozy couch. She's a pro at the art of lounging but equally enthusiastic about exploring new places, especially if it involves a thrilling car ride. Story
Meet Tyson, affectionately known as "TY TY BOOTY," a 3-year-old pit bull who is really starting to come out of his shell. Tyson has a laid-back demeanor but enjoys a playful romp with other dogs in a little pittie rumble. While he hasn't shown off any zoomies yet, his curiosity keeps him eager to explore. Tyson is incredibly food and treat-driven, quickly hopping into his crate at bedtime in anticipation of a reward. Though he doesn't like being left alone and prefers to stay close to his people, Tyson is a sweet-natured pup with a hint of puppy mischief. He has a particular fondness for oven mitts and the occasional Amazon package, but with a bone to chew on, he settles down quietly. Tyson has been an easy foster. He might be a bit anxious around small children and large crowds but is wonderfully gentle with his foster family's 13-year-old autistic son. Tyson is looking for a loving home where he can be a loyal and wonderful companion. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Story
Ginger is a resilient and loving dog who has come a long way from her days on the streets. When first rescued, Ginger was severely malnourished, but with dedicated care and plenty of love, she blossomed into the healthy, joyful dog she is today. Despite her rough start, Ginger's spirit shines in her affectionate nature and deep bond with her favorite people. One unique aspect of Ginger's appearance is her cropped ears, cut too short by her previous owners. Her fosters like to joke that maybe they secretly wanted a cat, and Ginger, with her unique look, carries it well! She's a wonderful snuggler, always ready to curl up beside you for a nap or lean in for extra affection. When it's playtime, Ginger transforms into an eager fetch partner, and when she's not running around, she loves basking in the sun. In addition to being very friendly with kids (having been fostered with teenagers), Ginger is also housebroken, making her easy to care for at home. She's great in a crate for a couple of hours, especially if she has a chew toy or a snack-filled Kong to keep her entertained. She also loves car rides and would make a fun, loyal road trip buddy. Although Ginger enjoys human company, she prefers to be the only dog in the household, where she can soak up all the love and attention. Ginger is ready to bring warmth, loyalty, and joy to a forever home that appreciates her unique charm and affectionate personality. Ginger is being fostered in Seguin, TX. She can be adopted in other states (except NH and MA due to their quarantine laws). Her adoption fee is $250 & her transport fee is $300 if adopted out of state. To apply for Ginger, please fill out her application below: https://www.shelterluv.com/embed/animal/FODS-A-527

Meet Alice! Alice is a sweet and goofy 2.5-year-old Pitbull mix who has overcome a rough past to become a loving and playful companion. Spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped, Alice is ready to find her forever family! She lives for belly rubs and will happily wiggle non-stop to get more. She’s also a toy lover who adores carrying her favorite stuffed toys everywhere she goes. Alice is 100% house-trained, never having an accident in her foster home, and enjoys sunbathing and exploring the yard during her outdoor breaks. Alice would thrive as the only dog in her home due to her heartworm treatment rest and prefers a kid-free environment where she can take her time warming up to new people. Once she’s added you to her “trusted list,” she’ll shower you with love, cuddles, and even try to be your 56-pound lap dog! She’s crate trained and does best in a heavy-duty crate, as she likes to feel secure. While her leash manners are still a work in progress, her enthusiasm for life and love is unmatched. Alice is looking for a patient and loving family who will give her the care and understanding she needs to thrive. “You can’t change a dog’s past, but you can rewrite their future.” Could Alice be part of yours? Story
Hi I’m Wrigley, and I'm an almost 4 month old female, San Antonio Special (mixed dog)! My mom, me, and my siblings were dumped on the Southeast Side of San Antonio, when we were about 6 weeks old, and a nice lady took care of us, but only had outside space for us. My mom passed away, and my brothers and sisters found homes. I'm the only one left. I am a puppy who's lived outside, until 2 weeks ago, so I am still learning. My foster mom says I am a quick learner, though. I've learned a lot in just a few weeks. I've learned that my kennel is a safe & comfortable space, that "in" means I need to get in my kennel because it's bed time or my foster mom is going somewhere. I've also learned, "outside", which means it's run around the yard playtime with my foster brother and foster sister, and I'm learning it means I should probably go potty outside too. I am a puppy, so accidents still do happen, but with time and patience, I'll go potty outside all the time in a few weeks. I'm starting to hear the word "sit" a lot lately, and when I put my bottom on the floor my foster mom gives me a blueberry. I like living in a house and love to cuddle on the couch or bed with my foster mom and dad, but I love playing outside, too. I have foster cat brothers and sisters, too, and I watch them, but don't really play with them, because they can skippity pap me. I'm good with kids of all ages! Again, I'm a puppy, so I may need to be reminded of my boundaries. Overall, I'm a good puppy. I'm eager to learn and to find my family. My adoption fee is $195 local or $395 out of state with transport and includes current shots, microchip and spay. If you are interested in adopting Wrigley please complete the adoption application at the link below. Hi, I'm Zelda! I'm a sweet girl who loves to run and play. My favorite part of the day is when I get to snuggle up to my human friends here. I'm a loyal girl, always ready to stand by your side.
