Hope is being fostered in LA. Hope is a sweet and happy girl. She does have some vision loss. Hope had her annual last week and she did good. We went to a new vet in our new town and she was a big hit there. Hope is always very friendly to everyone she meets. Hope loves to ride and does pretty good on a leash with a halter on. Hope can still be picky about other female dogs so we are very careful when introducing her to new ones. Hope could be someone's couch potato or someone adventure buddy. Hope is very strong and muscular. BDRA has voted against the use of electrical fencing effective immediately.

Meet Gaspar! He is a 4 month old, 26 lb Pittie mix. He is a very handsome pup with unique silver/gray/blue coloring. He was found living in the woods with mom and eight littermates. Most of his brothers and sisters have been adopted, but mom (Dot), brother (Tito) and Gaspar are all waiting for our forever homes. He is not quite housebroken yet, but he's working on it and will use puppy pads until fully housetrained. He loves to play with other dogs and toys, and just have fun and enjoy life. Gaspar is a little on the shy side because living in the woods was scary, but he has made great progress with his wonderful foster people, and he will warm up quickly once he feels safe and secure. In search of a loving, caring, nurturing person to adopt a very special, sweet, loyal dog. Neo is about 14 months old and weighs 55 lbs. We are guessing he is a Pocket Pittie mix, and maybe mixed with Beagle. He has the cutest (but loud) howl when he gets excited. He has the sweetest temperament ever! Neo is friendly and gentle with everyone, and everyone who meets him loves him! He is a favorite of the Humane Tomorrow volunteers. When he first arrived at HT, he had a difficult time getting around. The vet specialist recommended replacing both hips and both knees! He made it through surgery and rehab with flying colors, but he still needs some additional care to get back to 100% mobility. He will not be a good candidate for an apartment or house with stairs, and he won't be running any marathons. He will love going out in the yard to do a little exploring and take care of business. He gets along with all dogs and ignores cats. The Humane Tomorrow medical team will provide thorough instructions and support all through his ongoing recovery process.
