Story

I rescued him from a Foster Family. He was a stray for about the first 2 yrs of his life. The head lady of Petfinders in IN , had him for awhile then fostered him with a great family. I had lost my other dog to old age and found him. He is a great dog. Very smart and understands everything. Never an accident in my house or has never been destructive or destroyed anything while being left at home. cHe can be left for about 3-4 hrs. That is all I would ever leave him anyway. He needs a handler that is the dominant one and he needs a lot of exercise! Has a huge blue ball that he plays soccer with and loves to play fetch! He is a dog that has to be inside and loves to cuddle. Knows how to shake, sit lie down. And knows Eskimo Kisses! I cannot take care of him because of me having back surgery again and he needs attention! I regret doing this but, he needs a better life. He loves car rides also! Just has to have a firm loving hand. I am 70 and the surgery is the reason!

I’m quite prey-driven, so I require supervision with smaller pets like chickens. My love for jumping and dislike of being alone outside make me an escape artist with short fences. I’m incredibly well-behaved on walks and absolutely love jogs and runs. I've mastered crate and house training, though I might have the occasional indoor accident.
