Story
I got him from family member, I birthed the litter on March 25 2000. I took him home at around 4 weeks. His mom is Bully and dad is American Pitbull. He is house trained. He has been around other dogs and cats, but he is very rambunctious with chasing them and his size scares them. He knows a few commands but chooses to ignore them when he feels like it. He loves the outdoors and loves to play. I recently got diagnosed with blood cancer and am unable to handle his size. He’s an overall good boy. He needs and wants lots of love and attention. He is a licker. He is crate trained also, he used to sleep in his crate at night

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Howdy, folks! The name's Whitt, and I've got a little story to share with y'all, one that's got a bit of heart and a whole lotta soul. I'm an 8-year-old Boxer mix, and while I might have a few gray hairs, my heart's as full of love as ever. My life's been like a country song, with some ups and downs, but I've always kept my tail waggin' and my spirit bright. I had a best friend-a real good man who didn't have much but always made sure I had what I needed. We roamed the roads together, side by side, just me and him exploring the world. He loved me like family, and I loved him right back. But when he got a dream in his heart to head to Nashville and try his luck, he knew the journey might be a bit too rough for a seasoned fella like me, especially in the summer heat. So, with a tear in his eye, he asked the nice folks at a shelter to help find me a new home, one where I could live out my golden years in comfort. Now I'm here at Happy Bark, and I've gotta say, I'm the perfect companion. I've got a beautiful coat, a laid-back and friendly nature, and I'm as gentle as a summer breeze. I get along great with other dogs and even cats-just an easy-going kinda guy who loves to be around folks. Sometimes, when I'm lyin' in the sunshine or watchin' the stars, I think about my old friend. I wonder how he's doin' out there in Nashville, chasin' his dreams. And you know, I can almost imagine hearin' one of his songs on the radio someday-a song about me and him, about the roads we traveled and the bond we shared. I reckon it'd be a tune full of heart, just like him. And maybe, just maybe, when that song plays, he'll know I'm out here, waggin' my tail and thinkin' of him. If you're lookin' for a friend who'll stick by your side, someone to share your days and your dreams with, well, I'm your guy. Come on down and meet me, and let's start our own journey together-one filled with love and a whole lotta heart. Whitt's adoption fee is $225. Story
Hey there, I'm Butters! I'm a 1-year-old Boxer mix, weighing in at 55 pounds of pure sweetness. I might look a little serious in my pictures, but I promise, I've got a heart full of love just waiting for my forever family! I'm known around here for being super gentle and kind-my favorite thing is making new friends, whether they have two legs or four! I get along great with other dogs and even those curious cats. I was found as a stray not too long ago, but I've settled in nicely. I'm a quick learner and love being around people who make me feel safe. I can picture myself curled up at your feet, enjoying lazy afternoons or going on long, fun walks in the park. I've got a calm and sweet nature, perfect for families or anyone looking for a loyal companion. If you're ready for a cuddle buddy who will always be by your side, I might just be the girl for you! Could you be my perfect match? Butters' adoption fee is $275. You can learn more about Butters and other dogs at Happy Bark by visiting www.happybark.org PA Kennel License 17445
