Story
Hi, I am Libby! I love people, all people, anyone who will give me attention! Oh and dogs, I really like to play! I would enjoy a dog sibling, I think. I would need to meet them if you have one already in your home to be sure we got along. I do not do well with cats. I like them, but they say I like them a bit too much. I could use some work with my basic obedience and work off some of my silly, wiggly energy. I do great with kids and would love a home with children 10 and up, they make me happy and I love to snuggle. I enjoy toys and being playful, I am active, and I am so ready for a forever home. I can be nervous of loud noises and sometimes nervous of the big, big world in general (I had a really rough start to life a long time ago) so my perfect family will be one that has lots of love, patience, understanding, time to play and learn, and above all will help me feel courageous and adventurous. Come meet me today! If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. While play groups do help us get to know the dog`s better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict. The Adoption Fee Includes:- initial canine distemper combination vaccination- first worming or stool check- rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age)- 24 Petwatch microchipping- flea treatment/preventative- spaying or neuteringAdoption fee: $135.00Per state law, ALL ADOPTERS must purchase a non-refundable 2022 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older. The cost of the license is $7.00. (Senior Citizen or Person with Disability-$5.00)Leash and collar included

Story
Hello! My name is Fred. I am a young fella, full of energy, full of love, with no one to share it with. My life so far included being passed around from home to home, with no one wanting to properly care for me. I was kept in a crate, had no one to play with, and felt very lonely. I was finally recently adopted (yay!) but my owner began having health issues and had to retur me (not so yay). I am a wonderful companion; very bouncy, energetic, playful, and sweet! I do have a prey drive for small animals, so tell your squirrels to watch out! I love chomping on a new treat or learning a new trick with my human. I do need to be the only animal in my home, but I would love a home with lots of people to play with. I will probably be best with older kids or teens and up. I am smart, I am housebroken, and I am full of love. Come meet me today! If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Story
Hi there, my name is Alfred. I am entirely too adorable and don`t I know it! I have the sweetest puppy-dog eyes, the waggiest curly tail, and the kindest heart around. I came here as a stray and although my past is a bit of a mystery, my future isn`t...it`s you! You are my future, my happily ever after, my dream come true. I walk excellently on leash, I enjoy the sunshine and hearing about your day, and I have even met other dogs here for canine companionship. I am looking for a home where there are not any children. My next family should also have some pervious dog experience and be willing to do continued training with me. I would love to meet you and share more about myself! If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Story
Hello my name is Frank! I am a sweet older man who loves everyone I meet! Honestly, when you first meet me, you would never believe I`m 10! I have the heart and soul of a young dog. I am happy, wiggly, silly, and sweet. I love to spend time with my humans; being by their side is my favorite thing. I prefer a home with teens and adults. I have met dogs here, but can be picky when I choose a new canine friend (so far, I`m a ladies man!) I am housebroken and love to check out new toys. If you need someone to sample dog treats, I can definitely do the job! I am full of excitement and fun, and I have so many more adventures to go on. Come meet me today! What the staff have to say about Frank:`Frank is an amazing office friend. When he visits an office, he might be bouncy, jumpy, and bulldoze you at first, but then he settles down and you almost forget he`s there! He is perfectly content to lay beside you, lounge on the couch, chew a toy or snack on a frozen kong. He`s really a pretty low-maintenance dog. He loves to play, he loves food, and he loves to simply be with his person; that`s all the wants! He`s a big sweetie and has so much love to share, sometimes I don`t think he knows what to do with it and he knocks you over with love!`If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. While play groups do help us get to know the dog`s better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict.I am a senior dog that is eligible for the Senior 2 Senior Adoption Program! The Adoption Fee Includes:- initial canine distemper combination vaccination- first worming or stool check- rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age)- 24 Petwatch microchipping- flea treatment/preventative- spaying or neuteringAdoption fee: $95.00Per state law, ALL ADOPTERS must purchase a non-refundable 2024 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older. Story
Hello! I am Roscoe. My big beautiful eyes will capture your heart and my gentle soul will be your companion for life. I am a special little guy (oh yes, I am a pocket sized pittie you see) and I tend to be a little nervous of the world around me. I would do best in a home with older teens and adults who can help me understand the world, a family who has owned dogs before (even better if they`ve owned nervous nellies like me before!). I am snuggly and so affectionate. I love to go on a great walk and explore the world around me. If I`m not out on an adventure sniffing leaves, I am in treat heaven: sampling treats to my heart`s content. I`m a loving fella looking for a forever home, could it be you?
