Story
Found out on country back roads. Dutchess is very loving, aims to please. She walked well on a lease, crate trained and potty trained. She is very friendly with dogs and people and is good with kids as well. She loves to play, cuddle, and gives lots of kisses. She listens well and is great in the car. Dutchess is a quiet one and only will let out a bark to let you know she misses you. Dutchess is currently not fixed but I will pay to have her fixed before she goes to her new home.

Story
“This is what fostering looks like”, from Jasmin’s foster mom. Meet this pretty girl, Jasmin. She sure was a sad case when I brought her home. She slept underneath the car in the garage the 1st night. She was terrified so I let her stay there. I set up food, water and a blanket next to the car. Jasmin was rescued from CoalGate, OK, I think from the shelter. She had puppies, had mange, and was malnourished. The 2nd day she stayed mostly on my back patio in the rain. I finally got her in the house and she only would stay in her large kennel with plenty of food. I would pay attention to her and would try to pet her but she was not having it. So I went about my daily business and would acknowledge her, let her out, feed her with small touches. The biggest impact was my own dogs. She would begin to hang with them but stay her distance from me. Jasmin watched how they interacted with me. If they could trust me she could too. It wasn’t too long before she was sleeping on the bed. She developed trust through my own dogs. That why fostering is so important to dogs/pups/cats. Socializing them gives them an advantage of finding a forever home—forever. She loves to play with the ball, her brindle coat is filling in, she has gained weight, she was already potty trained, and she loves to run in the field with my dogs. She also loves to cuddle and give lots of kisses. She is a hound/Pittie mix about 35/40 lbs. She is spayed and current on her shots. She is learning manners with her leash. She is about 3 years old and definitely gets along well with other dogs. Not sure about cats. She loves my grandbabies. ##1110211##

Story
Scooby came to Oklahome in January 2023 after being horribly failed by humans. His human dad passed away and his human mom had decided on divorce prior to the loss so decided she wanted nothing of her husbands. Including Scooby. She put him in the yard and yelled at him to leave for 3 days and there he waited in the 30 degree temperatures and rain, not understanding what he had done wrong. Today, Scooby is the best boy and could not be more deserving of a family to finally call his own!  Scooby is 75 pounds of snuggles! His entire body wiggles along with his tail when he’s excited! He plays tug like a puppy, he would be down to go on any adventure you can imagine, and his eyes absolutely light up when you call him a good boy or give him a treat. While he isn’t picky, chicken is his favorite! Scooby gets along well with dogs, cats, and kids. He is crate and potty trained, knows his basic commands, and does well on a leash. If you are looking for a loyal friend who is past the puppy mischief stage, Scooby might be your perfect match! ##1623534##
