Yogi is a young, loving and playful boy. He is about a year and a half. My son found him running in a busy street while it was cold and raining. He did not want the dog to get hit so he brought him to me. I have a 22 month old and Yogi is GREAT with him. My toddler will climb on him, pull on him, and basically treats him like a jungle gym and Yogi seems to love it! Yogi loves the attention and my toddler will even lay on him and go to sleep and Yogi will just lay there and decide to nap with him. Yogi also does not seem to mind my cat and enjoys stealing her food but unfortunately, my cat does not feel the same way about him. I really do hate to give Yogi up as he is so loving, but my life as busy as it is, I simply cannot keep him long-term and give him the home he deserves.

Why is this awesome dog still homeless!! Shadow does doggie daycare at Camp Bow Wow Westlake and she has a blast! She is a sweet, loving young female Pit mix weighing 45 lbs. Shadow is house-trained, crate-trained, and knows her basic commands (sit, stay, down). Shadow knows some tricks like "rollover". She walks well on lead. Shadow loves to play ball and run in the yard. We do not know how shadow would do living with cats so a cat-less home is best or we can arrange for a cat test with your cat. She met one cat and just seemed curious, not aggressive with the cat. Shadow is spayed, vaccinated and micro-chipped. Shadow loves everyone she meets and she would make a great forever friend! Meet Brooklyn!! Brooklyn is a 2 yr old Pit mix, weighing 56 lbs. Brooklyn was pulled from the overcrowded LCDK when they were full; she had been there too long. She was sent to Roger's K9 for their board and train program. Brooklyn is doing great learning all her commands and how to be comfortable in new situations. She does need to take things slow in new situations. Brooklyn is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks well on lead. She is very smart and athletic and would love an active owner that understands her breed requirements. Brooklyn has finished her training at Rogers K9 and is looking for a foster home while we search for her forever home. Brooklyn is dog friendly but we do not know about cats so a cat-less home is best. I first adopted Boomer in November of 2021, from a shelter while living in Florida! Which makes him about 7 years old. All of my friends and family commonly referred to as “the sweetest boy”. Probably because how much he loves to cuddle. His favorite things are going on jogs, hikes, or playing tug. He is a high energy dog when you want him to be but sleepy dog most of the time so he will be ready for any fun adventure! House trained and trained on basic commands. However, Boomer must be in a one dog household. My family and I recently had the blessing of bringing in the life of our son. Which puts us in a desperate situation due to the fact Boomer and one of his other brothers no longer get along. Hoping to find our pup a new forever home.

Max is a very friendly loving pup. He is only 2yrs old and he does great with kids of all ages. He does very well with my special needs child as well. He loves cats but even more he loves kittens. He’s a very sweet pup but sadly the home we live at is restricting us from having dogs. They want me to have him out before 12/8/23 or they will fine me $1,000. Unfortunately being a single mother of 4 kids right before Christmas, I can not afford the money. We want him to go to a very loving home that will love him and care for him the way we do.

We acquired Casper two years ago from a coworker who we previously have gotten a pup from. We have his older brother and thought it would be nice to get another dog. However, he is much more playful than his brother which is great when you have the time to take him out to play. But we are quite busy so we wish to grant him a family who can give him the attention he needs. We are great with kids but doesn't get along well to new animals. He is quite protective of the people he likes and once we get along with other animals, he becomes their best friend.
