Chancey was living in deplorable conditions in his outdoor kennel and thankfully a neighbor felt sorry for him and chose to step up and help. Chancey is a very sweet dog who loves people. He is a people dog who could spend his days hanging out with his best friend. Chancey loves to go on walks, chew on bones, and roll in straw.
