Story
Sketti is about 3 years old, and she weighs about 50 pounds. This energetic girl knows how to sit and lay down for treats, and she loves hanging out with the staff one-on-one in our play yards. Sketti is new to shelter life, and being around so many other dogs seems to make her anxious. We suspect she may not be the biggest fan of other dogs, and will likely do best as the only dog in the home. * Sketti qualifies for the shelter's Adult Companion Program

Cricket is 5 years old, and this dreamy brown-eyed girl weighs about 50 pounds. She knows how to sit for treats, and she loves to spend time in our play yard. Cricket can be grabby with her food, and jumpy at times - we think she'll do best in a home with kids at least 10 and up. Cricket must meet any resident dog(s) in a potential new home, to make sure they get along. Cricket previously lived with other dogs, and cats. * Cricket qualifies for the shelter's Adult Companion Program, for adopters aged 50+

Story
Lyla is 1 1/2 years old, and she weighs just over 50 pounds. This sweet girl knows how to sit for treats, and she enjoys playing with Nylabone chews and going for walks with our staff. Lyla can be grabby with her food and treats, so we recommend caution around small kids while she's eating. Lyla must meet any resident dog(s) in a potential new home, to make sure they get along. * When Lyla arrived at the shelter, she tested positive for Lyme disease. She has been treated with antibiotics and is currently symptom free.

Story
. looking for a loving foster for 8 months at most But if youre looking to keep him youre more than welcome to! Hes very loving/sweet and loves attention/cuddles He has lots of energy. Going on Long walks and being able to run in a yard thats fenced in would be best. I take him out on a leash currently but if hes in a fence he wouldnt have to be leashed. Hes still a puppy and needs reminders to not jump up on people when he gets excited He is completely potty trained and goes immediately after he eats. Hes not good with other dogs or cats because hes never been around them He loves all people but with his energy he would fit best with older kids and adults. He was neutered and has all his vaccines as of this last week He has separation anxiety when it comes to his crate. He can be trusted to be left out of his crate for 6-8 hours. if you need to put him in he will be scared bc he sees it as a punishment unfortunately He can be a very good boy he just needs love a reassurance.

Story
Deasel is a older dog and needs someone that has time to spend with him. I rescued him he came from a abusive situation and even though he went through alot he is a very good boy. He needs somebody who has time for him and he deserves a second chance. He was always in a cage for most of the time and did not get out much so he may have some accidents which is not his fault and he didn't get fed all the time, since then i have his weight back up so he looks healhy again he may get a little testy if another animal comes near his food but only because he went without at times. He needs somebody who will take time with him he is a very friendly boy and loves attention. he comes to his name and and is very friendly. When he gets nervous he may have a accident and again no fault of his own. Deasel deserves to finish out having a good life with somebody who can make time for him he needs room to run . I unfortunately can not keep him long term .He deserves to have a second chance.
