Story
Carmen is one of the Ranch`s long-time residences who is yet to find her forever home. She can be very shy when it comes to meeting new people and likes to approach people at her own pace. Once she trusts you, she will want to be around you all the time! She loooves water and enjoys standing around in the kiddie pools to cool off in the summer. She is a little selective about the dogs she enjoys being around and tends to prefer the company of submissive females. She would do best in a home without kids and a tall fence since she has some incredible `hops`.Come meet Carmen at the Main Ranch Location. For further information email dogswmr@gmail.com

Story
Remington is a playful and boisterous puppy-at-heart. He would love to find an active home with large dog experience. He’s been yearning for a home for a very long time. He is great with people, but his enthusiasm and energy might make him a best fit for children 12 years or older. He is dog selective; the best match would be a medium to large, mellow dog that doesn’t overwhelm him. He is very sweet and loves life. Remington would thrive from walks with his owner and a balanced diet. He is cat reactive, so a home with a cat would not be ideal. He can be see at the main ranch location. Story
Meet Tipsy! This gorgeous brown Pittie has had it rough but has come out just as happy and loveable as ever. She was dumped and abandoned at our main ranch facility where she was lost and scared, but came up to staff so friendly. She was then taken to the city shelter for her stray hold and then brought back to us! Shortly after, she was diagnosed with Parvo, in which she was quarantined and fighting for her life. She survived and came out as strong as ever. Because she was quarantined for so long, she has big-girl energy and would do well with a large back yard and room to run! She also does well with other dogs and enjoys the playful company. She is still learning all the behavioral commands and would do well with a family who understands she is young and still learning. Because she is a Parvo survivor she cannot be adopted into a home with any dog under a year old. This beauty is looking for her furrever family. If you are interested or have any questions please stop by our main ranch facility or email dogswmr@gmail.com

Story
Meet Enya! This sweet lady is a ranch favorite! Enya came to us with her 9 puppies, she was extremely skinny as she was putting all her energy into caring for her pups, our team quickly made efforts to get some weight on her and gain her trust. While Enya is very nervous around new people she does open up when given enough time and treats. Enya does best when she has a doggy friend to play with as they help her feel brave. Due to her history of being a stray, a home visit and meet and greet is required before she can go to her new home. You can meet Enya at our main ranch location or for more information please email dogswmr@gmail.com

Story
This Sweet girl is new to the Watermelon Family, and we are still learning about her, but what we have learned so far is that she is great with other dogs and is very very friendly to people. She is able to climb a chain link fence, so her new home would need a very tall fence made of either wood or cinderblock. For more information please call our main phone line, or email dogswmr@gmail.com

Story
King came to us in early September. He was found roaming with what seems to be an injured leg. He's a sweet boy, who loves giving kisses. Despite the old fracture in his leg, he has a lot of energy and will lope around like a bunny. We're currently trying to convince him he is not the size of a lap dog, because he just wants to get snuggles in someone's lap (though we usually give in an cuddle him anyways because he's so cute). He is currently taking medication for his old injury and might some day need the leg amputated as the injury is old enough that the vet does not consider it fixable. They have communicated that is might not be a necessary procedure, but something to consider as he does not seem comfortable using it constantly. King also has an immune system disorder that we are currently researching treatment for.

Story
Pete came in with five other dogs off the mesa a little over a year ago. He's a snuggle monster. He especially loves scritches behind the ears and on his shoulders. He's just lean on you once you start giving him some love and he won't leave. He's a sweet boy, but won't do as well with other dogs.

Story
Fester comes off a little grumpy at first. We think he has spent quite a bit of time roaming outside, so he's a little unsure of people. That being said, after an offering of wet food, he warmed up real quick. He's a sleepy old man who likes to lumber around and explore, coming up for pets every once in a while. We are not sure how he would do with other dogs. He knows sit and shake already!!

Story
Loona is a silly little goose. She will love you at first sight and act like a total dork from the jump. She has a lot of energy and would love to go on adventures with you. We've noticed that she loves hugs and needs to work on not jumping, but she's young and incredibly smart when she wants to be, so with intentional time, she should learn quickly. Loona would do best as an only dog.

Story
Raddley is pitbull who was found roaming at large. He seems to have had a tough life, as he came to us rather petrified, which is why we named him after Boo Raddley. After only a few days though, he made a full 180 and is now one of our most sociable pups. He seems to get along with most other dogs. Raddley is full vaccinated and neutered already. Raddley is a very silly boy. He loves cuddles and will stick close to those who he feels safe with. He makes silly faces when given treats and loves to wear sweaters to protect himself from the cold because his hair is very short. He also loves to talk at times, but he's a very timid talker.

Story
My name means "boy" or "brother," which makes sense because I'm a beautiful brindle male with lots of bubba in me! I like fun; I like to play! I'm very friendly, and being pretty young, want to learn tricks (fun!) and discover toys (play!) You bet I like walks and hikes and stuff like that (more play!) But you bet I like what we can do after, which is to chillax on the couch and dream about being potatoes. Well, I guess dream about something like that. But couch work's really about cuddling. And scratches. And living the dream of being in your forever home and me having you as my forever friend. Let's dream together! Primary Color: Brindle Secondary Color: White Weight: 42.6 Age: 1yrs 0mths 3wks
