Story
This is Russell, we got him from a family friend. They could not keep him because their other dogs did not get along with him. They told us he was a pitbull mix. He is house broken and crate trained. When on a leash he does pull a little bit but not horribly. We are unable to keep him because he does not get along with cats at all. We have tried for a couple months but unfortunately it is not working. He does need a home with a fenced in yard and a family to give him all the love he deserves! The previous owner made it aware that he does not get along with male dogs but it is fine with female dogs. He is 11 months old.

Say hello to Ruby, a vibrant and loving 4-year-old pitty! With her stunning tan and white coat, she’s as beautiful as she is playful.Ruby is ready to find her forever home, where she can share her boundless energy and affection.Ruby is full of life and loves to play! She gets the zoomies and will entertain you with her joyful bursts of energy. She’s great with other dogs and enjoys playtime, whether it’s chasing a ball or simply having fun in the yard.Ruby also knows how to `shake,` adding an extra dose of charm to her playful nature. While she’s a social butterfly with dogs, we’re still figuring out how she feels about cats, so a cat-free home might be best for now.Ruby would thrive in an active household that enjoys outdoor adventures and playtime. Story
Happy Halloween everyone! My name is Delilah! I am the cutest pitbull mixed girl with beautiful white and brown markings. I weigh about 43 pounds and this is about as big as I ever get, so if you were looking for a medium size best friend, I’m your girl! I am very very loving and I love human affection and touch. My favorite thing to do is lean into my human friends while I get scratched. I know how to sit, but I would love to learn as many tricks as you would like to teach me.I played very well with my other canine friends here at the shelter, but if you do have other pets at home, we would have to meet and have our own playgroup before I can join your family. As I am only a couple years old, I still have a lot of energy and would greatly benefit from a family who loves to take long walks. Not sure how I feel about cats just yet but it’s probably not a good idea Only because I become super interested at the cats we have here at the shelter. But other dogs are welcome to come and play with me and see if we are a good fit.The best age for kids for me is probably 12 years old. Only because I have a lot of energy and the humans that walk me need to have good enough strength to hold me on a leash. However, I walk pretty well on leash already so it should not need that much more training.Come see my friends here at the shelterMy adoption fee is $50.
