Kona was rescued when she was 3-4 and we’ve had her for 4 years. We have worked with a couple different trainers to help her not be dog reactive. We have had several issues lately between her and our other female pit bull, Piper, and need to rehome Kona before one of them seriously hurts the other one. Kona is very smart, well trained and knows all the usual commands. She is a great dog on her own but struggles around other dogs. This is heartbreaking for us because she’s so funny and playful and loving but we can’t risk her and Piper hurting each other anymore.

I adopted Hudson from Kc Ks animal control. I have had him for about 17 months He is a big cuddle bug and wants to be with me or on me all the time. Hudson love to give kisses. He loves his treats and dinner time. He lets me bath him, trim his nails, clean his ears, brush his teeth. He does great at the vet for all his pokes. He is is a gentle giant. Hudson needs a home with a yard and no other pets. He needs to be able to run and get exercise . Hudson has had training can sit, lay down go to kennel, shake. He goes to the door and sits to let you know when he needs to go out and go potty. He is very smart!

Riley wandered into our lives (literally wandered in) to our barn in January of 2021. To the best of our knowledge, she was lost but not intentionally abandoned as she had a collar and showed no signs of abuse. After doing our best to find her owner through various channels, we kept her in our home. She is very affectionate and calm, loves lots of attention, is strong and muscular but not aggressive in any way. She would prefer to have another dog to play with but she would do fine in a one-dog family as well. She would do very well in a fenced in yard but could be trained for an electric fence, we suspect, as she is highly trainable and loves to please. The ONLY reason we need to re-home Riley is due to a move. We hope that a loving family or single dog lover will consider her and not be scared off by the Pit Bull label. She has been a wonderful dog for us!

Max is a big boy with a huge heart! He's best described as a super cuddly couch potato. He does great in his kennel and stays very quiet and clean. He has not been around children before, so we're unsure what he would think of them. He was very interested in the resident cats while on furlough and seemed to want to play, but he did not get the opportunity to interact with them. He can be mildly dominant around new dogs, but he quickly calms down and becomes very dorky and playful. Max is eligible for our Foster to Adopt Program.

Hey there! I'm Mala and I'm probably the happiest girl you will ever meet. I'm an active girl who loves to play with my best friend, Bob. I love toys/bones, and I'm very smart. If my foster mom wasn't lazy, I'd probably know more than the basic commands. So if you want to teach me more tricks I'd pick them up real quick. I've even taught best friend Bob how to sit. Foster mom was struggling to teach him so I took over. I like people, a lot. Sometimes I forget that I'm not supposed to jump up and give them kisses on the face. But in my defense who doesn't want to know they are loved? I've learned to coexist with the felines in my foster home and I'll leave them alone if they stay away from me and don't run when they see me. I do have a dominant personality but I also really like to play. So maybe if you have a submissive dog and are looking to get them a friend? I could be that dog! But I'd also do great as an only dog. I love car rides and walks or if running is your thing that's fun too. I'm pretty athletic so whatever fun things you want to do I'm sure I'll be good at them too! I also really love snuggles and naps on the couch. Play hard, and relax often is my motto. Mala is 3 years old, spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. Rey is an energetic and loving 4 year old dog. She is very sweet, loving, and cuddly. She's so cuddly, in fact, that you'd think she was a lap-dog. She loves kisses, tug-of-war, and fetch. She is a wonderful dog. Rey loves people and other dogs. Rey gets along great with other dogs, but because of her high-energy, she sometimes rubs new friends the wrong way when they first meet her. Once she calms down, however, she's better received by new friends. We joke that she just loves too much :). An ideal environment for Rey would be a home with a yard so she can get out her energy. It is also important that she be in a house with no children. She currently lives in a house with small children and has recently started snapping at one of them, which is why she is being re-homed. Despite that, she is a wonderful pet, but I just believe that our home is not the best fit for her anymore. Rey is very beloved to our family, and we love her very much.

Hello this is Charli or we also call her Charli Mae, I got Charli about 3yrs ago when she was a small puppy maybe about 6-7 months. She brought joy to my home during a rough time that I had to take on my niece and nephew along with my three. I was a bright light to our household to have her. She's 3yrs old this month, in good health, spayed and microchip. She eats Pure Balance dog food and has wheat, grain, soy and corn free treats. Potty trained and kennel trained. Has a bedtime routine of being told to "cage up" and she get in her kennel, bunches her blanket up and is snoring in no time. Loves going on walks, plays, great with small kids and other animals. I've sadly reached unfortunate times and can no longer have her.
