Story
I'm sad to post this but we have to rehome our 4 1/2 year old pitbull. I'm pregnant and she's become too much for me to handle. She is fixed and UTD on her shots. She is good with other dogs! XL kennel included. Disclaimer she is terrified of going down the stairs! But she is super sweet and hyper needs a big yard!

Story
This sweet boy is Bandit. He is an extremely loving cuddle bug. He gets along great with kids and dogs (we have 3 and 12 yo boys and a 80lb goldendoodle). My friend found him in green cove and couldn’t foster him. He is house trained and we do not kennel him. He is up to date with vaccines and he recently had a dental cleaning :).

Pauly D has had a rough past...He should be a single dog. Walks great on a lease. He is just a goofy bundle of joy. He is very sweet tempered, but does not seek out affection and very independent.

Story
Edie is an amazing dog despite her past. I met her in July when I picked her up for a dog day out at Jax ACPS. She had been in the shelter for 10 months & was in need of dental & meds for her skin allergies but ACPS is over capacity & couldn’t provide the care she needed. Edie’s skin is great but she needs to continue taking apoquel daily (about $90 month). She had her dental, has 6 months of heartworm & flea meds & vaccines are up to date. She’s the sweetest most loving dog and loves cuddling with her people. She’s housebroken and non-destructive when left alone. She knows sit, outside, inside, leave it is & learning how to walk better on a leash. She would prefer a quieter home and someone who wants a lap dog and loves puppy kisses. She is a good girl and such a love bug. Adopters will need vet/reference checks, a home check (virtual) & be willing to do a one week sleepover before we finalize the adoption to ensure a good fit.

Meet our sweet man Nathaniel.Likes:-Toys: ball? Squeaky? Rubber? CHEW? Loves them all!-Other dogs! Nathaniel is a Rockstar here at the shelter with other dogs. He responds great to corrections, and body language from others. Nathaniel is a dog that enjoys rough and rowdy play, so a dog that likes to wrestle is preferred!-To learn. Nathaniel is an incredibly alert, and focused dog motivated to please. -Treats!- Housetrained!Shyness:Nathaniel can appear shy, and even sometimes scared through his kennel. Nathaniel has made amazing progress building relationships with staff members and volunteers alike showing his potential when it comes to being a loyal, loving man. Nathaniel responds fantastic when he is approached with a calm, and welcoming energy letting him come to you. And if you are ready to fetch- he will be your new bestie!

Story
We are currently rehoming all 3 of our pets (Luna, Dunkin, Leo) due to our child. The environment is too stressful and all the animals are stressed. To be very clear, they have never done anything to the baby but I do not recommend putting them in an environment with babies or young children. Would be good with older kids or teenagers. Leo loves to sleep all day, he’s very quiet (hardly barks), can still play like a puppy every now and then, and prefers to be a lone wolf. He does not like other dogs and he does not care for our cats. We rescued Leo off of the side of the road about 5 years ago. He is about 9-10 years old (doctors are not sure). He is getting older and does not like our loud environment (our baby crying). All our animals have been really stressed so we are having to rehome them all. Leo would love a quiet home where he can just sleep all day. He is a very relaxed dog. Very protective of the home. Great guard dog! We hope to find him a loving home!
