Story
Sophie was found as a stray very underweight and with skin issues. She can still gain a few pounds, but has turned into an amazing girl. Sophie is between 5-6yrs old and weighs about 38lbs. She is UTD on all shots, microchipped, spayed and on heartworm and flea prevention. Sophie is a special girl who lives part tie with an autistic 7 yr old boy. She is very child and dog friendly. She is happy playing in the yard, or streaming Netflix n the sofa with you. We are still working on housebreaking her, but it should not be very difficult. Sophie has no bad habits, and all the good ones! Gentle and kind, she has no food aggression or toy aggression. Sophies weight should be about 43lbs when she is done gaining. If you would like to know more about Sophie, or see more pics, just contact us. She deserves a forever home with people that will show her the love she craves.

Story
What to say about Bree. Bree was pulled from animal services after being there since 11/22//22. Over a year she was held as evidence in a cruelty case along with 24 other dogs seized from that property. She has had a very rough life for only being 4 yrs old. Bree is timid at first around people. She is gentle and so very sweet. Bree is enjoying not being confined in a shelter or breeding cage. At 4, I would guess she was bred every time she came into season. She is now spayed and does not have to worry about that anymore. Bree is looking for a very special home, and she definitely deserves it. She has separation anxiety and needs to be crated when left alone in the house. Her perfect home would be with someone who is retired or works from home. Bree is in a pack of 6, however, only when I can supervise her. She can become very overstimulated and that can cause potential issues. A home with no other pets would be best for her, with perhaps, supervised play visits with other dogs. She has really come out of her shell and believes she is a lap dog. She reminds me of a fat little Christmas ham thus her nickname, "Hammy". She wants to please and takes correction well. If you believe that you can give this great young lady a secure and loving forever homme, please contact us. If you meet her, you will love her!

He requires an experienced owner of this breed who can unleash his potential. Full of energy and zest for life, Blue needs exercise and fun play to flourish. Having lived with another submissive dog, Blue is best suited as the king of his home. He adores going on walks and would be a perfect companion for someone seeking a loyal buddy to share adventures with in a fenced yard where he can run and play freely. As he's not fond of cats, a cat-free home is essential for his happiness.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 15, 2025, 10:22 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application Simba is a sweet (estimated) 8 year old neutered boy who was rescued about a year ago from a hoarding situation, and most recently, left with a foster for 2 months so he wouldn't have to go back to the shelter while his owner figured out his housing. Unfortunately, due to his living situation, the owner is unable to take him back, so he finds himself in need of a forever home.   Simba shared his home with 2 young children who Adored him, and has been fostered with 4 female dogs who he loves to play with. He's been around male dogs as well, and while he doesn't bother them, unless they're submissive, his way of playing (barking in their face) could cause an issue so he'd be better with females. It is unknown how he is with cats.  He has a lot of energy, which makes me think he may be a bit younger. But he also loves his humans,  will follow you everywhere, and is always up for relaxing in front of the TV. He's completely housebroken, and uses the doggy door like a champ. He's treat motivated and takes them gently, and lets his housemates get theirs while waiting his turn - quite a gentleman! He'll bark to let you know if there's something you need to know about that you might have missed, but is otherwise a quiet dog.  He takes a few minutes to warm up to new people, but treats will speed up that process. He can't wait to meet you! This is a courtesy post. Story
Kenzie is an excitable girl who loves attention! She is very docile in her kennel and spends most of her time laying in her nicely made up cot, she`s got a couple quirks including dragging her food bowl to be on her bed in order for her to eat. Another quirk she has is she gets very excited and will charge out of her kennel when she knows its time to go outside, but we are working with her everyday to improve her leash manners! It is recommended a harness be used when taking this strong girl for walks, as she is quite the puller and is made of muscle. A fenced in yard is important as well because she prefers running free to walks, but this can always be improved in the right environment. Kenzie is not a fan of other dogs but seems unreactive or picky towards cats. She has food sensitivities and is currently on chicken free food. Kenzie is also respectful to her toys and blankets, and usually keeps her bed as nice as she can!

Story
Vayda is a lovebug who has some high energy! She loves tennis balls and will play fetch with you every once in a while. She knows the trick `sit` and does so gracefully. She is always ready to just sit and hang out with you while enjoying the morning sun. Her favorite treats are dog biscuits and jerky style treats and very gentle when taking them! She does pull on the leash sometimes and will need some training to correct that. She can be selective with other dogs and highly interested in cats but shows no aggression towards them.

Story
Chico can be quite the rambunctious pup! He can be a bit mouthy and jumpy when trying to be playful so he would do best with children 13 and up! He is very affectionate and loves to play and be pet. He can pull on the leash when super excited but overall very good with it. Chico loves any and all treats and is very kind and gentle when taking them from you. His favorite toys are stuffies and just loves being around them. He enjoys exploring and going after squeaky toys when in the yard! He has a good temperament with the other dogs though a meet and greet would be required. He is very curious and interested in cats but has no problem with leaving them alone.
