My name is Loki, I'm 11 months old about 69 lbs a pit/lab mix. I am neutered and chipped. I'm up to date on my shots. I'm cream with yellowish eyes and I have a little mole on my nose. I love to play with dog toys outside and need a yard that I can run around in as I have lots of energy. My favorite game is tug a war and chasing after balls. I love to give lots of kisses. I am good with kids. I am potty trained and will let you know when I need to go outside to use the restroom. I will be a great family addition.

Story
Mercy & Hope, bonded 7yr old sisters &MUST stay together! Looking for a MIRACLE family that will provide them with a safe & loving forever home. While they have proven to be good around small children, we'd prefer older. We have been fostering them since Oct 2023 & would've kept them had Mercy got along with our pets. They do walk on leashes but having a safe fenced yard would be best. Their Story: These girls were rescued from dog fighters as older pups. Showing no signs to want to fight, a man saved them. He was killed years ago & his mom took them ever since. Unexpectedly, Oct. 2023 she passed as well. They come w/food & etc, a big bed for 2, 2 crates. Safety re-home fee $200. BOTH very Kissy & Cuddly!! Mercy: White face & dominant one. CANNOT be around other animals. Will bully Hope from time to time over food, water etc. Hope: The Sweetest!!! She has quirks, can be discussed. Please consider, they deserve a loving home and are good cuddly girls!

Story
Chapo was rescued in June 2022 when he was about 6 months old. His previous owner's chained him to a cinder block with no food or water all day. He is very lovable. Heis a little skittish of people and noises. He does not like storms. He loves to cuddle. My fiance passed away about a year ago and I am now taking care of 3 dogs and a cat by myself. I am overwhelmed and don't feel like I can give them the adequate love and attention they need. I would love for Chapo to be a part of a family that could give him the love and attention he deserves.

Mack is a sweet lovebug and part-time couch potato who needs to be in an only dog home. Children 12years or older will be best. While he does play well with dogs his size, he does not like larger dogs and has toy aggression. He is not food-aggressive. He needs to be leash-trained but plays tug of war. He will bring people his toys to play with but will hide them from other dogs. Mack is crate-trained and likes sleeping in his kennel or on the couch. He is a jumper and cleared our 4 and 1/2 fence. If adopted, he will come with his kennel, blankets, and invisible fence. There is no adoption fee.

Story
Annie, a lovable furry friend currently up for adoption through Fur Sisters, is a delightful companion who has quickly found her place in a warm, loving foster home. Eating well and feeling comfortable, Annie's contentment is evident in her behavior and interactions with humans. She possesses an extraordinary aptitude for human companionship, effortlessly adapting to various individuals, including men, women, and children. One remarkable trait of Annie is her exceptional house-training skills. Rather than having accidents indoors, she cleverly communicates her need to go outside by playfully indicating her intentions. Recognizing her need for a bathroom break becomes a fun opportunity to engage in playtime. It is a testament to Annie's intelligence and eagerness to build a strong bond with her future owner. Furthermore, Annie exhibits promising signs of trainability. Her ability to sit and stay demonstrates her willingness to learn and follow instructions. While on walks, she generally maintains a calm demeanor and does not pull excessively. Annie's cooperative attitude reflects her desire to connect and be a well-behaved companion. However, it is important to note that Annie does carry some emotional baggage from her past experiences. During a test with a submissive dog, she initially appeared comfortable. Unfortunately, Annie's suppressed trauma resurfaced as she started trembling with fear. This behavior reveals that she needs an owner who understands and empathizes with her past and is willing to invest extra effort in her socialization with other animals. Given Annie's history, she would thrive in a home as an only dog, with someone experienced in handling dogs and committed to providing the attention and patience Annie requires. An individual who can offer a secure environment and dedicate the necessary time and effort to gradually socialize Annie with other animals would be a perfect match. If you are up for helping Annie overcome her past and building a trusting relationship with her, she will reward you with loyalty and unconditional love. With your capable guidance, Annie has the potential to blossom into an extraordinary companion and a cherished member of your family. Consider opening your heart and home to Annie, and together, embark on a journey of healing and companionship.Apply at www.fursisters.org today!Additional information:We are not a shelter. All of our dogs are at private fosters. We only set up meets with approved adopters. If you want to meet our adoptable dogs, many pups will be at Brewhound for Fur Sisters Friday most Fridays from 6-8 pm.Adopters are chosen based on the best fit for each dog, it is not first come, first served. We do not 'hold' dogs. Please note: we have many dogs who are not yet listed as available due to the availability of volunteer time to post or because they are puppies.
