Thankfully, a good samaritan saw just how wonderful this guy is and decided to give him a second chance. Reggie is SO grateful and can't wait to have a family of his very own. He loves people, especially kids, and can't seem to get enough belly rubs! Reggie has since been recovering at a foster home in TX and they cannot say enough great things about this boy. He rides the elevator in their apartment building and enjoys going to the dog park to socialize with other pups! Plus I’m athletic and active! I am a girl dog. I’ve had 10 days of training with Bark Dog Training. So I learned a few things. I know SIT, DOWN, and walking on a stringy thing, hmmmm the humans call them leashes. It makes sure your human is attached to you. I am also house & crate trained. I get along well with other dogs & kids (not tested with cats). I am a typical active pup and of course, I still enjoy to exercise my chompers, as an avid chewer, expect to take me to the Pet Store to pick out many hard bones. Many! I can be a bit shy on first introductions, but warm up fast. I would love an active family that will also continue with my training because my brain still has so much room in there for more words that make my body do things for treats. You know! Luna is a five-year-old boxer with lots of love to give! She is a very energetic and playful dog. Luna has been previously attacked on a walk, so other dogs make her nervous. She is potty trained, goofy, loves humans, loves pets, play, and learning, and would do best an only dog with loving caretakers. Luna is allergic to poultry and needs anti-itch shots every 3 months or daily pills to avoid her getting red, inflamed, burning, itchy, and very irritated spots all over her body. Due to Luna's breed, she also needs antiacid medication. When she is on both, she feels so much better and enjoys her life so much more. Luna likes to spend her days playing, receiving pets, and taking naps. She is very smart and trainable, and definitely wants to bond with her person. Her cleverness can sometimes lead to her being a little mischievous, but with her new trainer, we are working on self-control, calmness, enrichment, and making good choices.
