Story
Hey guys, its me Maverick and I am looking for a new home preferably with another dog friend my size and people who can dedicate some time to training and socializing me. I do really well at doggie daycare and at the dog park - I love to run and play with other dogs. I am potty trained, sleep through the night in my bed, and know “sit, lay down, off, and go to bathroom”  and am working on “focus, wait, go to bed and place”. I enjoy going for walks but need some work on my leash manners (I really want to chase the bunnies and squirrels). I love to play with toys, especially enrichment ones (lick mats, snuffle mats, puzzle games), and of course bones and treats.   I enjoy watching all the people walking by my house.  I may have a little bit of separation anxiety when alone, so building a routine and having a doggie friend may help. I’m wary of some strangers and will need time to warm up. I know that with some people dedicated to my training that I can be the bestest boy - will you take a chance on me? If you're interested in meeting me please fill out an application at www.thegooddogrescue.org (If you already have an approved application, please email thegooddogrescueadoptions@gmail.com with your interest in me!) My adoption fee is $300 and I am neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations.  The rescue also provides free weekly training classes that I have been coming to and continue to come to for as long as needed!  ##1801151##

Story
Hi! I am Harper! I am a 5 year old mix. My family has all kinds of nick names for me - Harper charper, chips, chappy, thicks, etc. I have found myself in a pickle and searching for a new home because my older doggie sister and I dont always see eye to eye.  I have a 3 year old human brother that is my best bud. He’s always respectful around me so we spend a lot of time hanging out. I try to get the cat to play with me too but she never goes for it. I don’t chase her or anything, just want a cuddle buddy! My favorite past time is cuddling under a blanket, preferably in front of a warm fireplace. My family isn’t the outdoor type but I bet I would like going on adventures. I don’t like when other dogs walk behind my house.. I have jumped a 4ft fence one time so now I require supervision for my outings. But other dogs at a dog park? No problem! My family is heartbroken and they will miss me because I’m (usually) a very good girl! If you're interested in meeting me please fill out an application at www.thegooddogrescue.org (If you already have an approved application, please email thegooddogrescueadoptions@gmail.com with your interest in me!) My adoption fee is $200 and I am spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations for my age ##956877##

Story
Introducing, the sweet & stylish DOLLY! 💕🌟💕🤩 Dolly is a 1 year old pittie mix that was rescued with her litter mates. This resilient girl has had a tough puppyhood, but she’s landed with one of the best foster families 🩷 Dolly truly blossomed into a well behaved, cuddly, silly & loving companion!🌸 Dolly-gal LOVES cats, she has been the best foster sister for a litter of kittens and did great with her senior foster kitty-sister🐈 We think she may be secretly part feline with her instinctual love…🐈‍⬛ Dolly also LOVES dogs, she has done great with her foster doggy siblings and is eager to meet other friendly pups. She would love to have a playful doggy sibling in her furever family💖one of her favorite activities is playing, including chewing & tossing toys around the house🧸 Dolly loves joining her foster parents on trips to the brewery, dog park, car rides, and outdoor patios.☀️ She tends to warm up quicker to women (despite being obsessed with her foster dad), but has grown to love her foster daddy’s buddies- even flirting by giving them tender kisses on the cheek 🥰 Not only is she a pretty face, Dolly is potty trained and does great on leash! She knows come, down, stay, & UP ⬆️ Dolly has been working hard on building her confidence 💪 She is shy with strangers, and will be best matched with an adopter who is patient and willing to continue her socialization. Due to her timidity, a household with no small children is best💜 Dolly has come SO far, we know she will continue to blossom with loving humans! Not only is she ready to complete your family, she is ready to fulfill your soul with joy and happiness!! Dolly is spayed, microchipped, & up to date on shots. Her adoption fee is $200 🐾 please consider submitting an adoption application if interested in meeting the good-est girl! https://dooverdogs.com/multi-step-adoption-form-1/

Story
Meet Yasmin, a 100% pitbull that weighs around 40 pounds! Despite her petite size she is full of energy and life and is looking for a home to call her own! She is a super love bug once she gets to know you and she is protective over her human(s). Yasmin is looking for an active household that is also going to keep up with her training! She comes with 2 free lessons with her trainer! She has been getting basic obedience as well as behavioral modification on and off since we rescued her and is currently back in board and train now and has been the last few months. Yasmin needs a strong handler and someone that has owned a pitbull before. She can live with other dogs just fine and she does take time to warm up to new people in the household so either no kids in the home or a very dog savvy kid that will understand Yasmins boundaries. She would love to go on walks, hikes, camping, to the beach, etc! She is up for anything and she does great in the car. Looking for a new adventure buddy Yasmin is your girl! She is currently in the Portland, Oregon area with her trainer and can also be adopted anywhere in California! If interested in adopting Yasmin you can fill out the adoption application here www.ozzieandfriendsrescue.org/adoptionsDecember 15, 2024, 9:15 pm
