Story
Precious Hank is desperately waiting for his forever family. He has had a rough start in life, being abandoned & left wandering the streets. He was picked up & brought to a local shelter. His time there was limited so we pulled him & the rest is history. Hank is 5 years old, very sweet & affectionate. He loves to cuddle up on the couch. Hank has a wobbly gait & limited mobility due to having a spinal condition, T3L3 myelopathy. This condition does not stop him from having fun, however, he requires the Help Em' Up harness to give him more support. Hank can enjoy short walks. He also requires daily pain medication. Hank is up to date on vaccines, neutered, & healthy. Hank gets along with doggies, but needs to be with dogs who will not be overly playful due to his spine. Hank also gets along with kitties as well, but needs to eat separately from animal siblings. Hank would do best with older kids who are respectful. Hank is located In NY. transportation will be provided. Please send an email to fanabalasanctuary@gmail.com for an application. * INDOOR HOME ONLY.

Hi there, I`m Jack Jack! I`ve got tons of energy and need lots of daily exercise, toys, and mental stimulation to keep me happy. I may be possessive over my food, so it`s recommended I work with a qualified training professional. I also may do best in a home without young children due to my energy. I am pushy with other dogs so will need slow and respectful introductions.

Meet Sweetums, a sweet but at times shy dog searching for a patient, loving home. She can take time to adjust to new people and places, so she’ll need an owner who understands her need for a calm, predictable environment. Sweetums chases cats and can be uncomfortable around other dogs, so she’ll likely do best as the only pet in a quiet home. With time and care, Sweetums will blossom into a loyal companion who will bring you endless love. If you have the space and patience for her, she might be your perfect match!

Story
Meet Butters, Butters, formally Gator, found himself as a owner surrender to a high kill shelter in TX. Butters is currently just over 6 months old and a super sweet boy. Butters would be a great addition to any family. Butters already walks well on leash, knows sit and working on other basic commands. Butters is a super smart boy that is willing to please and a velcro boy at heart. We originally thought that Butters was a Doberman Rotti mix based on features well his DNA told us a much different story and he is neither breed. We are going to do a different brand of DNA just to compare and have a little fun. Butters per DNA is a Pit Bull, Mastiff, Border Collie , Greyhound, Pyre mix - We would have never guessed that lol. Butters is already fully vetted. To apply to adopt Butters please go to www.savingdobermankind.org/adoption-application All animals adopted from us are fully vetted including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, heartworm test and deworming. Please email us at HookedOnDobies@gmail.com, visit our Facebook page www.facebook.com/savingdobermankind or webpage https://www.savingdobermankind.org to request an application, inquire about an adoption fee, or to learn more! We do require a completed adoption application to be submitted before discussing details of a specific Doberman. We DO NOT have a central location, out foster homes are located throughout our geographic region including CO, WY, NM, UT and TX. We strive to PROTECT the privacy of out fosters. ALL Doberman meet and greets are conducted in a neutral meeting location made by appointment only.

Hello there! My name`s Gryff! I`m a big boy, but I`m full of love! I`m super sweet and I love to get lots of attention. I`m also a bit silly and have a really big personality. I love to be outside and go for hikes and be in nature. I would do best with a home that will give me all the attention they can, sometimes I am not good at sharing the spotlight. My big wish is to be in home of my own for Christmas. If you want to add a big, loveable goofball to your family, please call TCRAS at 719-686-7707 and let them know you would like to come in and meet me!

What a young, handsome fellow Rusty is.  He is all energy and loves to play and run.  He looks at you dreamingly with his beautiful, majestic eyes.  Rusty would make a great hiking, running, or biking companion.  He is yearning for someone who can show him the ropes of life in a family and teach him some basic training and manners.  If you put in the work, he will pay you back tenfold because all he really wants is a family to call his own, that will give him all the love he wants to give you.  Is it in your heart to give this young boy a chance?November 2, 2024, 12:20 am

Story
Hi there! I'm Luna, a sweet and loving pup who's always ready for kisses, cuddles, and all the pets you can give! I adore spending time with my family and get along great with other dogs. I'm even friendly with cats, though I keep hoping they'll play with me one day! I'm independent but also a fan of attention, so if you're looking for a balance, I'm your girl. I can get anxious when I'm left alone, but I think having a confident doggy sibling would make all the difference. I do really well with other dogs and I even like cats! I've been raised in a home with humans of all ages, from infants to adults, and I've got the perfect temperament to match. My humans lovingly call me their “nanny dog” because I'm gentle, patient, and love to watch over my people. When it comes to playtime, fetch is my favorite! I'm really into durable, tough-chew toys—they keep me busy for hours! If you're looking for a loyal companion who loves to play but is also great at relaxing, I could be the perfect fit for your family. I would do best in a home where someone is home most of the time because I can get anxious when left alone and I love being with my humans. I'd do great with another confident dog. Cats are fine too! My adoption fee includes a training program specific to my needs.

🐾 Meet Bug AKA Cuddle Bug: The Smart and Caring Companion You've Been Waiting For! 🐶 Bug is a special pup with a heart full of love, and she's looking for her forever family to share it with. This adorable girl was one of the Tractor Supply pups, and she's ready to bring joy, intelligence, and cuddles to your life. 🌟 Bug's Remarkable Qualities: Intelligence: Bug is incredibly smart and resourceful. She's known for her ability to find her way to where she wants to go, making it essential for her forever family to be proactive in keeping her safe. Training Superstar: Bug is both potty and crate trained, and she's a quick learner. She'll even use the doggy door on her own, most of the time! Her love for treats has made potty training a breeze. Multilingual Pup: Bug is not just smart but bilingual too! She understands commands in Spanish, adding an extra layer of charm to her personality. Great with Crates: Whether it's overnight or during the day when you're at work, Bug is a model crate occupant. She'll stay comfortable and content. Active and Energetic: Bug thrives on activity! She'd love a family that can take her on long walks or even runs to keep her energy in check. 🏡 Ideal Forever Home: Bug is a unique girl, and her ideal home would be a single pet household with no males. She's extremely active and requires a space to run freely. Older kids are perfect for her, so she won't accidentally knock them over. And don't forget, Bug really needs a doggy door; she hasn't quite learned to "knock" yet. 🎾 Bug's Favorite Pastime: She's a tennis ball fiend! Make sure to get an oversized one because she loves to play, and she's a bit of a heavy chewer. Keep her safe by avoiding toys that can be shredded and eaten. 🌽 Sensitive Tummy: Bug has a sensitive tummy, so providing her with a sensitive tummy food will keep her happy and healthy. 🌸 All About Cuddles: Bug is a true girly-girl, always looking adorable with bows and flowers in her hair. Her favorite pastime is cuddling with her human. If you're looking for a furry friend to snuggle with, Bug is your girl! 🏡 Ready to Adopt Bug? Story
Meet Honey: The Sweetheart Bulldog with So Much Love to GiveHoney, a 43-pound Old English Bulldog, is as sweet as her name suggests. Despite having a congenital heart issue that will require lifelong care, Honey approaches life—and humans—with pure joy. She gleefully greets everyone she meets, climbs right into laps, and generously doles out kisses. Honey adores pets and will lean in with all her heart to soak up the love. This calm and submissive girl gets along well with other dogs but doesn’t seem to be a fan of other squishy-faced pups like herself. However, she’s always happy to play with toys and show off her gentle, loving nature.Honey walks well on a leash, making her the perfect companion for leisurely strolls, and her love for treats makes her a willing student for training. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to this affectionate and resilient girl, Honey is eager to be your sweetest companion.shine?- - - - -Before being rescued, many of our dogs have had limited socialization, so they may need a bit of time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog`s individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly. Being a part of their rehabilitation is a truly rewarding experience. To learn more about mill dogs and start the adoption process, visit our website!
