FOSTER CARE! Hey there, are you looking for a Denny's 'Grand Slam'? Well, here I am I'm Denny and I'm a 1-year-old, neutered, pit bull mix that weighs about 75lbs. I'm a curious and playful young dog, and if you have snacks, I'll find them! I'm a sweet boy and take my treats very nicely if a bit slobbery. I'm an active, energetic boy looking for a new walking and adventure buddy. Don't forget the snuggles! I love to sit next to or on top of my favorite person. I'm an exuberant player and would do best with similarly matched resident dogs. My friends at PHS have been helping me with my manners! I've been working on my manners in a shelter training class, and I'm doing great! I have an excellent 'sit,' 'down,' and 'touch,' and I'm comfortable enough with a crate that my handler can put me inside and leave the room for a few moments. I'm showing lots of progress with 'leave it' and 'stay,' too. I look forward to continuing my training with my adopters! We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available. It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around!
