Story
I’m Joanna! I’m the sweetest girl around. People are my favorite. When you come through the door, I’ll shower you with love and kisses, but quickly settle back into my cozy spot on the couch. I like fetch and have recently picked up tug of war as a new favorite playtime activity. I won’t complain about a walk, especially if it leads to a big grassy park. When I get home, my family must be ready for some snoring. I’ll be pooped! Some treats, belly rubs, and excessive snuggling would be my favorite ending to a perfect day. My perfect home includes my humans who want to pet me and snuggle with me as I take my sleep very seriously. I would like to have older kids in my home to play with. I need to be an only dog in my household. https://forms.gle/zxH9sZwuJ4XFqM5r9

Story
🥰 Adopt Blythe! 🥰 Hi there! I’m Blythe, and I’m so excited to share my journey with you! 🌟 After some time in a boarding facility, I’ve been living my best life in a foster home, and I’m absolutely thriving! If you’ve followed my story, you probably already know that I’m a little land hippo with the cutest serious resting face. 🐾💖 I’m a big-time cuddler who thinks I’m a tiny lap dog! I love snuggling up with my favorite stuffy, and when I get excited, my whole body wiggles with joy! 🐶💃 Sometimes, I even bring my humans my stuffed animal as a gift—how sweet is that? I do need a special home, though. I’d be happiest in a house without small animals, but I get along great with larger dogs and older kids. I bond quickly with my humans, but I’m a bit of a clumsy cuddle bug, so I need kids who can handle my enthusiasm! 😊 I’m amazing on a leash, and you’ll love watching my wiggly butt and floppy ears as we stroll along! 🚶‍♀️💨 When I’m not out exploring, I love to sunbathe or splash around in the water—it's the best! ☀️💦 At bedtime, I’m all about my crate, as long as I have my cozy blanket and my stuffed animal. And hey, I’m a bit of a bed hog too—I might even steal your pillow! 😄 Oh, and did I mention I’m a veggie lover? I think broccoli is the ultimate treat! 🥦💚 Whether you’re binge-watching movies or diving into video games, I’ll be right there by your side! My ideal home would have dogs my size or larger, and I guarantee my big green eyes and sweet smile will steal your heart! 💖✨ Ready to meet me? Story
Hello there, my name is Rhinestone. I am a 5 year old pittie mix. And quite the gem I am. According to my foster dad, “This little girl is so sweet.” And I am quite the sweetheart! I love people as I am super affectionate with my very soft wiggly body and wagging tail. Although, I do have a skin condition and chronic dermatitis. But please don’t let that spook you away. Since living with my foster family, my skin has been improving! My skin is going through stages of redness, swelling, scabbing, and peeling. However, I am a great snuggler, and I love to sleep like a little ball every night next to my foster dad. I will not be adoptable until I get to a better place with my skin, but once I am through my most critical medical care and can be transferred to a non medical foster, my foster family will be on the lookout for her next foster home. Would you love to meet me? I know I’d love to meet you. https://forms.gle/676xUcmeQi9kdjn96

Story
Mother Gothel (Momma G) is a sweet loving and playful gal. She is a little nervous at first but warms up right away. She has been a great Momma to her 3 pups and loves to share them with everyone. She is great with dogs, both small and big. She has not been around cats. Momma G enjoys toys and just laying around being a couch potato. She loves belly rubs and is great when allowed to roam around inside. She is doggie door trained and will use a pee pee pad if in her area. She is great with kids (8-18) she has not been around younger than 8 but I am sure she would be kind and loving. She is great with both men and women she just barks when she first meets new people. Please consider meeting/adopting this sweet dog. She will be a great fit to any family.

Story
Adopt West 🧭 Meet West, the sweet little pit mix from the Compass Litter! Born on August 11, 2024, West and his siblings—North, East, and South—are the latest bundles of joy at LCDR. This adorable boy is getting ready for his big adventure of finding a forever home! West loves playing with all dogs, and gets along well with kids 14 and older (perhaps younger, too). Currently working on crate training and dog door training. West currently likes to spend his spare time getting belly rubs, chewing on toys and bones, shredding paper and cardboard, and overall investigating the world! He loves finding random sticks in the yard and walking around with them proudly. He would do best with another dog who is happy to play with him and people who will talk to him about all his curious questions. West is very much the curious little brother. He has complete FOMO and always wants to know what is going on. He loves tackling his brother and playing. He is vocal and likes to talk to you about what is going on (It’s not barking at things, it’s really talking to you). He’s working super hard on his potty training and is almost there. He’s not scared of loud noises and is very brave for a puppy. Curious about bringing West into your home? LCDR’s foster-to-adopt program lets you spend quality time with him first to see if you’re the perfect fit. Ready to find your new best friend? Apply below and start your journey with West today! https://forms.gle/676xUcmeQi9kdjn96 #lcdrcompasslitter #lcdrwest
