Meet the great Raja! What is Raj great at you ask? Well, he’s the best couch potato in the house. He also loves to snuggle, cuddle, or just be near his humans. He listens well and just wants to love and be loved. He’s a medium-sized 50lb goofball with a sweet and gentle personality. We are unsure of his age as he was a stray when he came to us, but we guess he's between 3 and 5 years old. He likes short to medium-length walks but would need more cardio for longer walks or for hikes. Raj appears to be good with adults and children over 8 yrs old however we have not seen him interact with toddlers. He is also good with other medium size or above dogs but will avoid overly excited dogs. Unfortunately, he does like to chase cats. We do not recommend him for a home that has toddlers, small dogs, or cats. Raj is housetrained, crate trained, leash trained, and knows basic commands like sit, down and stay. Raj is currently being cared for in central Phoenix but they are willing to travel for meet and greets anywhere in the greater Phoenix area. I rescued him as a puppy. He was left in a box with a few siblings outside a local firehouse. I work as a 911 operator and when the call was entered about the puppies I had to see them. I instantly fell in love with him and his spunky personality. We believe he was born in October 2023 but not sure on the exact date. He is so energetic and very curious. He is a quick learner but I do not have the time working nights with my busy schedule. We have two other doggies. A 7 year old jack russell terrier who gets along perfectly with him and a 5 year old pitty. Our 5 year old pitty is the queen of the house and has had a hard time not being in charge and she has health issues which make her irritable with his energetic personality. I think if he has the right training and home he will be an amazing companion. Side note: we have not gotten him tested to find out what breed he is but his personality and features lead us to believe he is a pitbull/husky mix.

Winnie is a sweet, 2–3-year-old girl looking for her perfect home. She’s spayed, microchipped, up to date on shots, and loves being with family, car rides, dressing up, and even “talking” to let you know it’s dinner time! She’s been wonderful with our four kids (10+), gets along great with cats that are used to dogs, and has never shown aggression outside of one issue: she doesn’t do well with nervous energy in other dogs. She gets along with our calm dog but has conflicts with our older, anxious one. Because of this, Winnie would thrive as the only dog or in a home with a calm, confident dog and an experienced owner. She needs a loving, stable home where she can truly shine. Her background is a mystery, but she’s so sweet and eager to be loved. While she would likely do well in a home with dog-savvy cats, a dog-free home may be best. It breaks our hearts to rehome her, but we want her to have the calm, happy life she deserves. She will come with her kennel and food dish.

Found him about 4 weeks ago in the middle of the road. He was unaltered, I attempted to find owners, was not successful. He was not microchipped and appeared to have some skin issues. Took Mac to the vet, got him fixed and his allergies under control. Mac is so sweet, he loves people, is quiet, does not bark, and knows basic commands. He is a bit needy and loves to cuddle and just be with his person. I have not had him around kids, but he seems to be a very calm, sweet natured boy. He was around multiple cats and never attempts to chase or play with them, so I would say he is great with cats. He is fixated on one of my four other dogs, so he is being temporarily held by my uncle while we look for another home.

Hi, Please help! We found a female pit-bull mix in November and have been fostering her since. In the first few weeks we tried looking for the owners through various sites and posters placed in the neighborhood where we found but we believe she was abandoned. We got her fully vaccinated, chipped and spayed so that her future adoption would be easy. Our vet believes that she is 20 months old. She is house trained and NOT destructive. I our goal was never to keep her permanently, but we are considered her owners because of the time she's been with us. We are saddened that finding her a forever home is so difficult. We love this little girl but unfortunately, she does not get along with one of our 3 dogs, a small 16 lb. mixed terrier who is extremely territorial. She is sweet, loving, and big cuddler. She gets along well with our big Pitbull and Teacup Chihuahua. Ideally, she needs to be the only dog or paired with a bigger dog because so far, she gets along better with them.

Aspen is approx. 55 lbs About 1.5 yrs year old Neutered Microchipped Up to date on vaccines Aspen is great with most dogs but can occasionally be selective on his doggy friends. Not sure about cats Good with kids 6 and up due to his energy and bounciness! Aspen and his brother were left behind at a home by their owner who was renting there. We don't know why someone would leave these precious brothers, but thankfully, a kind neighbor heard them barking and knew she had to help. They were hungry and thirsty but still very, very sweet. Aspen LOVES to play fetch with Chuck-it balls. He'll bring it back and sit for you. He loves riding in the car, trips to Home Depot and Tractor Supply and sleeping next to his human. He could use some more obedience training as he's still a very active big puppy. His cuteness is hard to resist!
