Story
This sweet baby land seal has been in rescue for OVER A YEAR! It’s way past time to get this stinker into his forever home! We get told a lot that he has sad eyes, and it’s clear he had a rough start in life by all the scars on his legs and head. But despite all that, William is one of the happiest, goofiest, (and weirdest tbh) dogs we’ve ever met! William will need to go somewhere with a fenced yard, because he has to be running at full speed to poop. If you scratch his butt just right, he’ll dance for you. He loves other dogs, and will cling to them instantly. Tennis balls = LIFE. William does get a little too excited to make friends with / toys out of cats, so kitties are a no go. William wants to be someone’s biggest cheerleader. Everything you do will be the best thing ever to him, and while he’s always down to party, he’s also a fantastic cuddler. Help make 2024 William’s year! William is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and scheduled to be neutered. Story
This picture may be the only time you see Percy's big, beautiful grin. Why? Because every other time you see Percy, he'll have something in his face! Percy must have been raised by retrievers, because he *always* has something in his mouth - if it isn't a toy or his Kong, it is his food. This goober would love to go home with you, but please know that he wants that home full of 'babies' to carry about. This loveable lug will play with a female dog, but in a very bouncy, rough-and-tumble way that the other dog needs to understand. Percy shows signs of being housetrained.   ***Our pups don't tell us who their parents are - BREED is a GUESS*** ~  Est DOB: June 2020~  Intake weight:  60#  ~  Adoption details/application:  calhouncountyhs.blogspot.com/p/adopt.htmlNovember 1, 2024, 11:11 pm

Story
Pepper is just that - hot stuff! Fun, silly, and ready to play all day, she craves an active person to involve her in life's adventures. While she doesn't seem to have had much experience with toys in her youth, she is ready to learn. Hikes, runs are right up her alley. No shared walls for this girl, since her excitement sometimes bursts out in song. She is too much dog for other pets and should be the only one in her home.   ***Our pups don't tell us who their parents are - BREED is a GUESS*** ~  Est DOB:  Jul 2019 ~  Est weight:  50#  ~  Adoption details:  calhouncountyhs.blogspot.com/p/adopt.htmlNovember 1, 2024, 11:11 pm

Story
Storm is looking to rain you with kisses! Her early years as a breeding dog are behind her, and her new life of fun, toys, and love have turned her clouds into sunshine. Her manners are already impeccable, but she'll pretend you still need to train her so you can ply her with treats. Then, you can go for nice walks together or snuggle up on the sofa - your choice! A perfect pibble of the squatty variety, she is 52#s of stout adorableness. Storm still has plenty of spunk - well, okay, she has a couple minutes of spunk to romp with a similar-sized dog, then is content to just pal around.    ***Our pups don't tell us who their parents are - BREED is a GUESS*** ~  Est DOB:  Oct 2013   ~  Est weight:  52#  ~  Adoption details:  calhouncountyhs.blogspot.com/p/adopt.html  November 1, 2024, 11:11 pm

Story
Handsome Tobias (Toby to friends - like you!) is hunting for just the right home. This big lug with the bright smile likes rides in the car, playing tug, and won't break the budget when it comes to toys - an empty box will do! He is adding to his skill set all the time, recently adding shake, roll over, and crawl to his repertoire. He is rather clever and will help himself to the treats if you don't lock them up tight. Energetic, strong, and not a fan of furry friends, he will need a physically fit and breed experienced person to enjoy life with.   ~  Est DOB: Jan 2017~  Intake weight:  64#  ~  Adoption details:  calhouncountyhs.blogspot.com/p/adopt.htmlNovember 1, 2024, 11:11 pm
