Charlie is an 11 year old incredibly affectionate chihuahua who craves love and attention from her humans. She has a gentle demeanor, often expressing her needs with soft whimpers when it's time to go outside. This little sweetheart enjoys being held and has a special fondness for older children. Charlie finds comfort in snuggling under the covers while she sleeps, and her taste buds are delighted by fresh pet treats, especially chicken and wet food. With the right introductions, Charlie can thrive in a variety of living situations, whether it's with families, singles, other dogs, children, or even cats. Adopters will be responsible for continued preventatives, follow-up appointments, and medications (if applicable). At times, adopters will be responsible for procedures not completed in rescue (dentals, bloodwork, etc.) Your new dog will receive their rabies and distemper vaccine. $50 discount for seniors (65+) and veterans. Adoption fees help pay for the dog's veterinary exam, vaccinations (rabies and distemper) HW test and spay/neuter if needed and additional health needs specific to each animal. Grey Face Rescue does not adopt outside of Minnesota for now. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not adopt animals to families whose current pets are not up-to-date on vaccinations or not altered. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons as stated by a veterinarian and we will require proof of that recommendation. Thank you for understanding our mission to reduce overpopulation.
