Story
Do you have an intense passion about the things you love? Me, too! My name is Percy, I'm estimated to be a 4 year old bulldog mix, and I weigh in at about 50lbs. I get along with the other dogs in my foster home, although I am a pretty intense fellow, so my forever doggy siblings would need to be okay with me annoying them sometimes. I can't help it - I love everyone! I haven't met a cat yet, but I have a minimal prey drive, so it's assumed I'll do just fine with a proper introduction. Because of my strength and zest for life, kids 12+ for me, please! I'm a very happy guy. I love kisses on my big noggin and getting snuggles. Chewing on bones, tearing apart stuffies, and chasing my ball are a few of my favorite things. I've lived on the streets most of my life, so my new family will need to be patient with me, and give me the time I need to feel safe and secure in my new home. I spent so long fighting to survive, it's hard for me to understand that you got me, and all I need to do is be the happy, goofy dude I was meant to be. Bully breed experience is required for my adopter.

Story
Hello! My name is Winchester! I am a fun-loving, big, goofy boy that came to the shelter as a stray. I am now in need of a home that will give me the exercise, love, and attention I deserve! I am so sweet with everyone, but I am pretty jumpy and strong, so I would do best in a home that is willing to give me structure, training, and that can handle a big boy like me! I would be okay with kids too, but ideally, they would be older and are used to dogs jumping and possible knocking them over on accident. I do not seem to have an issue with other dogs, but I may be too much for some dogs out there, so a proper introduction to any new dogs I meet would be a necessity! I am so much fun to play with! My little trot when I am playing out in the yard is so entertaining and cute! I would love to have someone that will take me for walks and play with me to my heart's content! Think that could be you? Come meet me at the shelter! Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Brown Brindle Weight: 64.31 Age: 3yrs 6mths 3wks

2.5 years old (estimated) Neutered male 65 lbs. Loveable and fun Has done well with other dogs No known experience with cats Looking for a home with older children Appears house trained I'm a sweet, friendly, and affectionate guy who absolutely loves to play, especially with other dogs who enjoy a good rough-and-tumble but also know how to chill out. Despite my love for my doggy friends, people are my absolute favorite—I’m a bit of a velcro dog and love sticking close to my human companions. I'm a total marshmallow and lover boy, and I thrive on any attention you can give me, especially those glorious butt scratches. I'll happily shower you with lots of kisses in return. I'm incredibly loyal and well-behaved, already potty trained, and I walk great on a leash. I'm looking for a home where I can be your loving and loyal sidekick. If you want a companion who will love you forever, look no further—I'm your best boy! I have been waiting a while to find my home so my adopter can name their own adoption fee when they take me home! The online adoption listing websites require that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.December 21, 2024, 9:37 pm

Story
Hello! My name`s Putter from the golf litter! I was adopted as a puppy and returned to the shelter at 6 years old in May 2023 when my humans had a baby. I`m looking for a nice cozy home to retire in! I am an American Bulldog/Retriever mix weighing around 62lbs. I am a sweet, smart dog who is considered medium/low energy. My favorite things include cuddling, car rides, walks, and playtime! Everyone tells me that I`m the goofiest dog in the rescue and everyone adores my play growl, play hops, and play bows! I`m also told that I walk fantastic on a leash and have wonderful manners where I don`t pull. I know to do my business outside and will even sit by the door to alert my owners that I need to go. I don`t mind the crate and I can be trusted outside of the crate as well. I don`t chew up stuff I`m not supposed to either! I also know basic commands such as sit, paw, other paw, lay down, and roll over!I love older humans, but young kids make me nervous. I also wasn`t properly socialized with other dogs growing up so I need to go to a home where I`m the only pet. No cats for me.You can also watch for stories, pictures and videos about me on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/40103261297/ Ask to meet me today!!Adoption fee: $300All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations. As required by Wisconsin Act 90, all dogs will have received a veterinarian exam (CVI) within the past 30 days. Our adoption process requires the submission of an application. Applications and Adoption Rules can be found on our website, on the `HOW TO ADOPT` tab at JRsPupsNStuff.org. Upon receipt of the completed application, we will process the application including: contact with your veterinarian and completion of a home visit. Please be sure to include the contact information for your vet as we will call. If your vet requires an information release, please be sure to contact them as soon as you submit your application. We are a group of volunteers with families and jobs, so please be patient and allow a few days for our response. JR’s Pups-N-Stuff Dog Sellers License 522614-DS

Story
Hi! I am Thor an I am 3. My family Adopted me from the Human a Society, I was a stray an much was known about me. I love Plush toys I like to carry them around in my mouth & cuddle them. I am still learning that I need to bring the ball back for fetch but I sure do like to run around. I am good with kids, cats and dogs and I love Cuddle. I don’t have a ton of energy but I do need at least a 15min walk each day. I am a little bit of a “scardy Cat” New people make me nervous but I warm up to them quickly and I don’t care for Unexpected loud noises. The most I do is talk/voice my dislike. I am not a fan of cages but I am good boy when left home alone. Overall I am a good boy that listens to all my commands. Be patience with me. My family loves me but mom is sick & my “brothers” are autstic, so my family can’t give me the attention I need. Please help my family find a good home for me. I will make your family complete.

Adoptable 💙Peaches💙 is looking for her forever home! 🥰 Peaches was found as a stray in Georgia and soon found herself at the local animal shelter. She just made the trip up to Wisconsin on 10/26 and is doing really well in her foster home! 🐾 She is a silly, playful pup who loves other dogs and her people. She gets along with all the dogs she has met and does a good job matching energy to older dogs or younger puppies. She enjoys running around the yard, playing with toys, and going for walks with her foster family. She did great trick-or-treating with her foster family and was amazing with all the kids and commotion. She also gets along with cats. She is crate trained, working on potty training, good on the leash, and working on off-leash recall. She is not reactive over toys, treats, food, etc. She is an overall good girly who would be great for someone looking for a medium energy dog! She is also quite petite for a terrier mix and is only around 30 lbs at 7 months old. If you are interested in adopting, please check out our website and fill out an application: www.muttlife.org

3 month female Hi, I’m Raven! I’m a sweet little puppy with a beautiful brindle coat and lots of love to give. I was found as a stray, so I don’t really know much about my past, but I’m excited to start a new chapter with a family of my own. Even though I’m still a puppy, I’m already learning so much every day. I love to play, explore, and cuddle—basically, I’m up for anything that involves fun and attention! I’m still figuring out the world around me, but I’m a quick learner and eager to please. If you’re looking for a playful, loving puppy to add to your family, I might be the perfect match! With a little patience and plenty of belly rubs, I’ll grow up to be the best companion ever. Let’s make some memories together—are you ready to take me home? -------------------- She is currently in a high-kill shelter in Georgia and urgently needs our help! She needs an ADOPTER or a temporary FOSTER home so she can catch a ride with Mutt Life Dog Rescue of Wisconsin on Saturday, January 11th, 2025 to Cedarburg, Wisconsin.
