Do you have an intense passion about the things you love? Me, too! My name is Percy, I'm estimated to be a 4 year old bulldog mix, and I weigh in at about 50lbs. I get along with the other dogs in my foster home, although I am a pretty intense fellow, so my forever doggy siblings would need to be okay with me annoying them sometimes. I can't help it - I love everyone! I haven't met a cat yet, but I have a minimal prey drive, so it's assumed I'll do just fine with a proper introduction. Because of my strength and zest for life, kids 12+ for me, please! I'm a very happy guy. I love kisses on my big noggin and getting snuggles. Chewing on bones, tearing apart stuffies, and chasing my ball are a few of my favorite things. I've lived on the streets most of my life, so my new family will need to be patient with me, and give me the time I need to feel safe and secure in my new home. I spent so long fighting to survive, it's hard for me to understand that you got me, and all I need to do is be the happy, goofy dude I was meant to be. We have a male Bulldog that I am looking to rehome. He was born in California and has been in Wisconsin for 4 years. While in California, he lived with 4 dogs. According to the records I have, his D.O.B is 03/25/2017. Our 3 year old granddaughter lives with us and the older she gets, the less I can trust him around her. While he is stubborn, he is great around adults and older children, but he is unpredictable around her. Plus he is large and very strong. We make an effort to keep them separated while in the house, but even that is getting difficult because she is like any other 3 year old…moving quickly, loud and I think that startles him. He takes allergy medication.

Hello! My name`s Putter from the golf litter! I was adopted as a puppy and returned to the shelter at 6 years old in May 2023 when my humans had a baby. I`m looking for a nice cozy home to retire in! I am an American Bulldog/Retriever mix weighing around 62lbs. I am a sweet, smart dog who is considered medium/low energy. My favorite things include cuddling, car rides, walks, and playtime! Everyone tells me that I`m the goofiest dog in the rescue and everyone adores my play growl, play hops, and play bows! I`m also told that I walk fantastic on a leash and have wonderful manners where I don`t pull. I know to do my business outside and will even sit by the door to alert my owners that I need to go. I don`t mind the crate and I can be trusted outside of the crate as well. I don`t chew up stuff I`m not supposed to either! Meet Juice! Age: senior Weight: 70 pounds Good with: dogs-but I don't need another to be happy, kids-I love kids!, I'd do best without cats, I love horses! Housetrained: yes Crate trained: no Now let me tell you all the things about me! I'm a great big “snuggle bear", and like being close to my humans - either snoozing in the dog bed while my foster dad works at home or following them around doing horse chores or outside work. My humans make me happy! After being tied up, alone, for so long, I don't love to be separated from them, but I can stay home alone with my dog siblings for work days just fine. (I cuddle with them on the sofa) I'm good with other dogs, but sometimes I think they might want to steal my food from me, so I eat separately from others, though I'll sit and wait patiently in line for snack time with others. I take treats very gently. I am making up for lost play years & like to try to keep up with the young dogs here once in a while when they get the zoomies & I enjoy chewing on antlers and playing with big stuffed toys & take myself on walks around the big fenced in yard. But, mostly, I am a chill guy who loves naps. I am good at walking on a leash & harness & am very friendly meeting new people & new dogs. I'll jump up on the couch to watch tv with you in the evening, and when we go to bed I'll give you goodnight kisses before I curl up for the night at your feet. In the morning, I'm sure to always be the last one out of bed! I'm the opitime of 'Jack of all trades, master of none', as long as I'm with my humans, I'll always be happy! 𝐉𝐔𝐃𝐄 is available for adoption and is looking for his forever family! Hi my name is 𝐉𝐔𝐃𝐄 👋 Life has not always been easy for me, but I am a happy and optimistic guy and feel like life is on the upswing for me. I was found as a stray wandering a dirt road by myself in rural Georgia and was brought to the local animal shelter. I was severely underweight and malnourished. The nice people at the shelter fed me and I saw their veterinarian and they got me on the right track to gaining weight and feeling better. I gained 5 lbs in a few days, but I became mentally shut down in the shelter and I was broken. Since coming to Wisconsin and living in a foster home for a short time, I am a completely different dog than what I was in the shelter. I am happy, playful, and love affection, and of course treats!! Lots of boxer personality! Since I was starving for a part of my life, I was a little food aggressive at the shelter and for the first few days in my foster home, but have since gotten over it. I am fostered with 4 other dogs and 2 cats and have not had any issues with the food stuff. I am learning that I will always be fed and don't have to worry about where my next meal will come from. I am not fully potty trained and am great in the crate when my foster peeps are at work. I am also completely off leash and don't want to leave my people. I know sit and am working on down and stay. I am working on my leash manners, but don't pull that much. I have never had anyone put effort into training or caring for me before, so I am learning lots about how to behave. I don't jump, I am well behaved in the house. I love playing with my foster dog siblings and am fine with the cats. Every day my foster parents are amazed at the dog I am becoming! All I needed was someone to care and put a little TLC into me and I will be the best dog for my people! I am a super sweet boy and am worth it! Meet Peaches (formerly known as Gumball) Peaches was found as a stray in Georgia and ended up at the kill shelter for a short time. She was luckily brought to Cedarburg, Wisconsin with Mutt Life Dog Rescue on 10/26/24 and has been in a foster home since then. She is a super sweet and energetic little lady! She is smart and knows how to sit and is very willing to learn more. She loves her foster dog siblings and likes to play and snuggle with them. She is also super sweet with her humans and likes to just follow you around or snuggle on the couch. She would be a good adventure dog for someone who likes hiking or camping. She is a petite lady at only 35 lbs and fits perfectly for car rides or taking naps on the couch. She was recently adopted and was chasing the cats in the house so it did not work out.
