Hello, this is KO. He is a super cute and loyal dog. We can’t keep him anymore. He is a really energetic dog but everyone works during the day, so he is mostly a house dog and he deserves better. He is a 2 year old pit bull and he has had his rabies, canine 6- in 1 ( DA2PP + Lepto)*, Bordetella, and Hookworms/ dewormer* shots/ vaccines. He is not neutered. Unfortunately, he does have a bite history. The last few months, he has ran away from our house a couple of times and would sometimes bite random people. He has never shown any aggression towards us or anybody that we bring around him. We do think this new aggression is him grieving as we sadly lost his brother that he grew up with a few months ago. It would nice to find him a new family to give him the energetic life he deserves. If we are unable to find him a home, we unfortunately will have to surrender him to the local animal shelter and we are trying to save that as a last resort. *First round

Welcome Buddy to CCPAL Rescue. He is a 2-year old American Bulldog and Australian Cattle dog is our best guess on the mix. He has a lower coat and does shed. He is a bit of a puller on leash when he first gets out of his kennel. He is intelligent, affectionate and ready to learn. It doesn’t appear he would be hard to train but may have not had a lot of training in his first home. He would be great for a runner, jogger or hiker. He is sturdy and could keep pace and would love to join his human. He is in my opinion a perfect man dog. He loves men naturally and leans in to show his affection. He hasn’t been reactive on leash when walking around other dogs. He is social and not afraid of new people. He is exuberant so we think he would be best around children that are 8 or older. He would do great with an active family that wants an active companion. He does slow down and likes to chill out as well. He is not perpetual motion. He is getting neutered soon and is already getting his vaccinations and will be chipped. He is hw negative and ready for his forever home. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. . Meet Cupcake, a great all-around dog! She was found by a county deputy on the side of the highway, where she was cuddling her dog friend who had been hit by a car. The cop actually thought she had been hit also because she was laying with him after he had passed! We think they were both dumped. Cupcake really needs a best friend to snuggle with! Her ideal would be someone who works from home with at least a small fenced yard. She just wants affection and would love to host doggie play dates and then crash out on the couch.
