Story
Born June 15, 2017, Lynch is a male English Bulldog. He's the perfect age; fully potty trained and still full of energy!! Lynch loves to take a ride in the car, especially if coffee shop and bank treats are involved. He prefers to go with his human(s) everywhere. He is a gentleman and will wait at home for you, in a crate or on the couch. He also loves to snuggle on the couch with you while you Netflix binge or read the newest best seller. Lynch does enjoy people and dogs. Some people, and some dogs, can be a bit too much for him. He needs his person to be aware of this. He will completely ignore cats because they can't scratch his belly or play with him. He is a typical stubborn Bulldog. He needs a human who has experience with this and is firm with boundaries. Lynch is currently being treated for allergies, and needs his human to be aware he may need monthly medication. Lynch's forever home must be one with breed experience, adults only or adults and children over 13, and a secure 6 foot fence. Applications: www.mikeyschance.com

Story
Meet Baby Girl! This gorgeous gal is a Bull Terrier who was born approximately November 2021. Here is a little bit about her: she wound up at the local shelter due to no fault of her own until Mikey’s pulled her into the program so they could find her her best fit home. She is very people oriented and loves to go on walks (check out her smile)! Baby Girl would thrive in an active home with a securely fenced yard. She would do best in a cat free home without other small animals but another canine friend of similar size and energy level (she prefers males) would be great as well as an only dog home. We are seeking a home for her with adults or adults and children over 5. Applications for foster and adoption can be found at www.mikeyschance.com

Story
Adagio and his three siblings were found abandoned, left in a box out in the cold. After being examined by the vet their age was identified as 7-8 weeks old -born October, 2023. We do not know his breed(s) but based on the attached weight projection chart we believe he will be a medium sized dog (35-40ish pounds) when fully grown. (See photo on the scales-these were taken upon entry to the rescue). Adagio was the smallest in the litter but has almost caught up to his big sister cadence. Adagio, also known as dodgy or Gio, is a scamp that loves, Loves, LOVES food and eats his meals far too fast. We think this may be related to him being the smallest and possibly not getting adequate food when they were abandoned. In his foster home they scatter his food across the floor or put it in a snuffle mat or a kong to slow him down. Needless to say he is very treat motivated but most of his motivation is for the treat, not to perform. He does know sit, down and place and is working on other skills-he has excellent recall, he is crate trained and will go to his crate when instructed to do so and potty trained! Adagio is confident, outgoing, silly and energetic. He is currently living with other dogs and cats. Adagio would do great in a home with a fenced yard and a person or family that is committed to his continued growth and development and will cherish him for his lifetime. A canine companion would be great too. To apply: www.mikeyschance.com/adopt-a-dog
