Story
Rodeo is one of our wonderful deaf dogs! He's an extra-big, cuddly, energetic boy who simply loves humans. He relies on hand signals and a vibrating collar for communication and knows the signs for Heel, Stop, Sit, and Come. He's smart and willing to learn--all he needs is an adopter who will take the time to reach him in a way he can understand. Rodeo's vibrating training collar is included in adoption and his recall on it is toned in to perfection. He'd love to find a home with his best female friend, Lydia. We promise that once you've forged a bond with this dear dog you'll be in for a lifetime of love! Story
If you are looking for a couch potato, Paco is the dog for you. He starts out a little slow with strangers, but once he warms up he's a loving, friendly boy. He already knows how to "Sit," "Shake," "Lie down," and walks well on the leash. If he’s done something wrong, he puts his paw up to apologize. How is that for endearing? Paco loves car rides, hanging out indoors, and treats. All he wants is to be with his human soulmate 24/7. And he loves kids! Call the Ranch to meet this lovable boy today!   We ask for a $250 donation for all of our senior dogs.   Thank you for considering adopting a Rescue Ranch dog. Story
Meet Peterbuilt!   This boy is true to his name: he is large, in charge and reliable. Peterbuilt has a super-sweet temperament that he loves to share with his owner. He can be a bit nervous at first when meeting new people but once he gets to know you he is a total lovebug. Peter will do anything to please and is very protective of his person. Despite his impressive appearance, he is a big softy! He loves lounging around and cuddling but will be totally down to take a long walk or go for a road trip as he loves riding in cars!   Peterbuilt is a large and powerful boy who is both treat and attention-motivated so his training is coming along very well! He knows how to 'Sit', 'Wait', 'Shake', and is doing very well with his leash manners. While he is content on lounging around with his people, Peterbuilt also enjoys his time outside and would love a home with a well fenced yard to play in! He is an incredibly smart dog which can make him a bit mischievous at times but it also means he can learn just about any trick very quickly!     Call the Ranch to learn more about Peterbuilt and to schedule an appointment to meet him!   Thank you for considering adopting a Rescue Ranch dog. Story
Otis was born in our home and has been with us his entire life. He is a very good boy, but needs a lot of attention. He does not do well with little kids because of the loud and high pitch noises. He does fine with my kitties, but I couldn’t tell you if he will do okay with other cats. He will need to be the only dog, as he doesn’t socialize well with other dogs and can be perceived as aggressive instead of playing rough. He is not an aggressive dog by any means, but is very excitable and has a ton of energy. I have medical issues and am forced to move, and will not be able to keep him in my new living situation.
