She may be a little shy at first, but once she warms up, she becomes a loyal and affectionate companion who loves to be by your side. Bella is food-motivated and absolutely loves toys, making her an eager learner with lots of potential.Though she has some quirks, Bella’s wonderful personality shines through once she feels comfortable. She does require a home without other dogs due to her reactivity. Bella will thrive as the only pet in a calm, quiet home where she can be the center of attention.Training Needs & Requirements:Bella is an intelligent dog who loves to please, but she does need some basic training to help refine her manners. She may not have the best manners right now, but with consistent training and a patient, loving owner, she’ll quickly improve. Here’s what you need to know about Bella’s training needs:Basic Obedience: Bella is eager to learn, but she will need help with basic commands. With her food motivation, she’ll catch on quickly. A little consistency and patience will go a long way in helping her become a well-behaved, obedient companion.Food Motivation: Bella is highly food-motivated, making her an excellent candidate for training. Use positive reinforcement, and you’ll see her excel in learning new commands and behaviors.Dog Reactivity: Bella is dog-reactive, so a dog-free home is essential for her success. She’ll thrive in an environment where she is the only pet, getting all the love and attention she deserves.Health & Diet:Bella has a history of a staph infection, which means she will need to stay on a grain-free, chicken-free diet to keep her skin and overall health in check. Regular vet visits and proper care will ensure she stays happy and healthy.Ideal Home:Bella would do best in a home where she’s the only pet, as she’s reactive around other dogs. She’ll need a patient owner who understands the importance of consistent training and who’s ready to offer her all the love and attention she deserves. Bella is great in the car and has always been wonderful with the vet, making her an easy companion for your adventures. Why Bella?Bella is a sweet and loyal dog who will be an amazing companion for someone who is ready to give her the space and structure she needs

Introducing Tulip: A Shy but Sweet Bulldog Cross Looking for a Loving HomeMeet Tulip, a 1-year-old Bulldog mix who may be a bit shy at first, but once she gets to know you, she becomes an affectionate and loving companion. Tulip is looking for a calm and patient home where she can slowly build confidence and feel safe. While she may be reserved around new people, once she`s comfortable, she`ll happily shower you with love and affection.Tulip has a playful side and enjoys interacting with other dogs, but she will need a proper introduction to ensure compatibility. She does have a high prey drive and tends to chase anything smaller than her, so she`ll do best in a home without small animals or young children. She is a strong girl on the leash, so continued training will help her become a well-mannered walking partner.Tulip also has one little quirk: she’s not a fan of having the back of her neck touched. It’s nothing personal; she simply prefers to keep that area to herself. For this reason, Tulip is looking for an adult-only home where her boundaries are respected and she can fully trust her family.Training & Behavior Needs:Shy at First: Tulip can be a little shy and reserved when meeting new people, but with time and patience, she will warm up and become very affectionate. She`s looking for a family that can respect her pace and allow her to adjust gradually.High Prey Drive: Tulip has a strong prey drive and may chase anything smaller than her. She is not suitable for homes with small animals or cats. Her instinct to chase could also apply to smaller dogs, so supervision is important until she`s fully settled.Leash Manners: Tulip tends to pull on the leash, so she will benefit from continued leash training. With positive reinforcement and patience, she can learn to walk more politely and calmly on a leash.Dog Socialization: Tulip enjoys interacting with other dogs, but she is selective. A meet-and-greet is required to ensure compatibility, and a proper introduction is essential.Handling: Tulip is not a fan of being manhandled. She will let you know when she`s uncomfortable, so it’s important that her new family respects her space and boundaries. She`s not aggressive but prefers gentle, calm interactions. Why Tulip?Tulip is a sweet and loving dog who will thrive in a patient and understanding home. She bonds deeply with those she trusts, and once she feels safe, she will reward y

Story
Meet Draco: A Strong-Willed, Loyal Dog Seeking an Experienced, Loving HomeIntroducing Draco, a 3-year-old dog with a big personality and a heart full of loyalty! Draco is a proud, independent dog who thrives when he’s the center of attention. He’s looking for a home with an experienced owner who can provide the structure, boundaries, and care he needs to thrive. Draco is strong-willed and has some unique traits that require a special kind of family—a home where he can feel safe, loved, and well-guided. Draco needs a canine and feline free homeThough Draco has a high prey drive, loves his toys, and enjoys car rides, he does have some behavioral needs and quirks that must be managed. With the right training and environment, Draco will reward his new family with unwavering loyalty and affection.Training & Behavior Needs:High Prey Drive: Draco has a very high prey drive, which means he needs a home without other animals, including cats and small animals. He’s not a good fit for a home with kids or other pets, as he can be reactive, especially in high-energy environments.Resource Guarding: Draco is known to resource guard, so managing food, toys, and space will be important in his new home. An experienced owner familiar with this behavior can work with Draco to teach him boundaries and respect for personal space.Flight Risk: Draco has a tendency to bolt, so it’s crucial that he is kept on a leash when outside and in a secure area at all times. A secure, enclosed yard or a well-fenced area will be essential for his safety.Food Stealer & Allergies: Draco has a bit of a sneaky side—he likes to steal food, so his new family should be prepared to manage his food temptations. He also has a food allergy and is on a grain-free diet to manage his health. Occasionally, he will get rashes, so attention to his diet and any changes in his condition will be important for his well-being.Leash Training & Boundaries: Draco is still working on basic training and does tend to pull on the leash, but he’s highly treat-motivated, making him a prime candidate for continued leash training with the right owner. He’s still learning boundaries and will need a family who can be firm, consistent, and patient as he grows. Draco is leash reactive. ( Leash reactivity in dogs refers to when a dog becomes overly excited, anxious, or aggressive when on a leash, often in response to other dogs, people, or distractions. This behavior
