He is extremely loving and gentle with children. He rides great in the car and is always up for a pup cup run or a low key outing. When he meets new people, he sits right next to you, leans in for a few pets, and then dramatically flops over for belly rubs like he has been waiting his whole life for that exact moment. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public in Oklahoma. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed. Daisy is around 1 years old. She is very sociable and loves being around people and animals. I noticed when I introduced her to people and other dogs, she was enthusiastic but tended to roll on her back in submission. She still has puppy energy but can also be mellow. She likes cuddle time in the evening. She came from a home that was not always consistent. She has adapted very well to structure and training for walks and socialization with other dogs. I was able to take this dog in, but will not be able to keep her long-term. I know she would make someone a very happy dog parent.
