Hello, my name is Frodo or Fitzgerald! I’m a one year old happy energetic pup that’s listed as a Great Dane Mix. I’m overall pretty friendly with all. I am kennel trained and a great eater, which means I’m also fun to teach new tricks to! I would be best suited to go to a new home that has a schedule and lifestyle that I can be a huge part of. Since I’m young and full of energy I would do best in a fenced in yard or have the ability to have new activities I can be a part of like hiking or day trips to explore new places. I need solid leadership as sometimes I need to be a little recentered or refocused when I get over stimulated. Because of this, I would be best in a place without young children as I’m still a little uncoordinated from time to time and little kid energy is a bit confusing for me. Kids who are a little older and are interested in helping train me are definitely an exception. Basically from the get go I’m going to just need consistency throughout everyone in the household to help me learn the rules so I can settle in successfully. My current foster mom does in-home boarding at our house so I spend my days meeting new dogs and some new people, so I am pretty well socialized and very much thrive with all the constant stimulation. I do best meeting others outside my kennel in an open space, I tend to be submissive and take appropriate correction from dogs older than me, very well as I’m constantly learning ways to play with all different sizes and breeds. Welcome Buddy to CCPAL Rescue. He is a 2-year old American Bulldog and Australian Cattle dog is our best guess on the mix. He has a lower coat and does shed. He is a bit of a puller on leash when he first gets out of his kennel. He is intelligent, affectionate and ready to learn. It doesn’t appear he would be hard to train but may have not had a lot of training in his first home. He would be great for a runner, jogger or hiker. He is sturdy and could keep pace and would love to join his human. He is in my opinion a perfect man dog. He loves men naturally and leans in to show his affection. He hasn’t been reactive on leash when walking around other dogs. He is social and not afraid of new people. He is exuberant so we think he would be best around children that are 8 or older. He would do great with an active family that wants an active companion. He does slow down and likes to chill out as well. He is not perpetual motion. He is getting neutered soon and is already getting his vaccinations and will be chipped. He is hw negative and ready for his forever home. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Adrian is a smart, playful puppy who also loves to snuggle. He loves kids and he’s cautious, but curious with other dogs even 10 times his size. He’s such a sweetheart! Adrian is 4 lbs 10 oz at 9 weeks old.Mom was a purebred English Bulldog (owner kept her) and suspected dad is a border collie. Surly is a beautiful dog, she'll be three on April 29th. She's been a great dog and loves laying around cuddling with her younger brother Finnegan (also available). We rescued Surly from Save-a-Bull as a young puppy. She's always been a loving and affectionate dog who loves our young kids. Surly loves the snow and doesn't mind going on walks even when it's cold! She is very smart and knows commands like sit, shake a paw, lay-down, up, come, stay, etc. She is still young and will need additional training. We are looking for someone who loves big dogs and knows how to care for them properly. Surly is strong! You need to be in pretty good shape to walk her. The ideal owner is able to take both Surly and her brother Finn or at least has another larger dog at home for Surly to play with. Ideally you have experience with the breed as well.

This is stormy! She is a little over 1 year old. She’s full of energy and a jumper. Very affectionate and sweet dog. Loves to play, alone and with other dogs. She is still teething a bit but her chew toys definitely help with that! She is an excited potty type of gal. She has been around dogs, cats, and other people with no issues, and currently stays with a dog and two cats.
