Darla is an extremely sweet and gentle American Bulldog. She was found roaming the streets but so far an owner is not coming forward to claim her. Darla had recently had a litter of puppies, but we are going to get her spayed before she leaves here. The family that found her had her for a few days and discovered that she is good with cats and she was good with their small child. The dogs they had in the home were kept separate from her, but she was not reactionary at all when they barked at her. She really seems to be a very chill and happy girl. We feel she is about 3 1/2 years old based on her teeth and she weighs 61 pounds. She is very short and stocky and absolutely adorable. Wait till you meet this special girl. She came to us with a prolapsed vagina and had to be hospitalized for several months. She is so excited to be feeling well! She loves to do zoomies and will entertain you with her antics. She is a foodie and loves healthy treats. She loves to have her belly scratched and will nudge your hand to keep you scratching! She may need leash training (she is better suited for stroller rides) and may need some house training. She is well worth it. She will fill your heart with joy! Please love slobbery kisses!
