Adoption fee is $140 for cats, $260 for a pair. The fee includes FeLV/FIV testing, age appropriate FVRCP shots, spay/neuter, microchipped and Rabies vaccination. Visiting the shelter is a primary condition for adoption. The ability to download, print, and fill out an application at home to bring with you is merely a convenience. Adoptions will not be done online, over the phone, or through FaceBook. All adoptions are done at the shelter. As per the adoption agreement, for their own health and safety, Kitty City cats are to be indoor cats only. And, under no circumstances is a Kitty City cat to be maimed by "declawing". Bonded sisters Gael and Jadis are hoping life will grow gentler for them after the death of their human. They stay tightly snuggled together in a tiny nook in their room in the cat cottage and seem a little bewildered by all the new visitors and cats. Gael and Jadis are young (born in the end of 2024), and they would love to be adopted together, because they've only known life together and they seem to be a real comfort to each other. We'll have more information on their personalities once they've had a chance to catch their breath and settle into the cat cottage. Adopting two bonded cats can be a really positive experience because they can entertain and comfort each other when you're not home. Please fill out an adoption application, if you'd like to meet these gentle sisters.
